Betty and her team were absolutely amazing to work with! Not only were they very organized, communicated so professionally and efficiently, but they were also some of the nicest people I have ever met. Betty worked closely with me to try to make COVID and wedding planning work together, and I would not have been able to do it without her. Her talent is wonderful; my mom was very impressed with how beautiful my sister and my own make up and hair looked.. she's not used to seeing her two daughters look so good when they usually don't even brush their hair. Betty and her team was such a joy to work with and I'm definitely staying in touch with them for all my other future make up and hair needs! Thank you Bridal Secretary! -

I had my hair and makeup done for my wedding by Betty and she's great! Easy to work with, reliable, and helpful. I had a few consultations with her and interaction with her is always stress free. She's professional and would make suggestions to best achieve the look I wanted. The hair pieces are all beautiful and look amazing on. She's friendly and responsive, I would definitely recommend her! -

Betty at Bridal Secretary is the best choice and I am confident it is worth every dollar. The value you are getting is for sure more than the dollars you have spent here! Betty is very skillful, professional, very friendly, approachable, and flexible. The make up and style finalization consultation meeting before the wedding was very fun and stress-free. Betty looked at my dresses and run down for the day and started to give me ideas on the hair styles and make up I could have. She also tried to incorporate different elements and various looks for me so that each style would be unique and would look so much better on photos. All of my guests were wowed by the different styles and how they beautifully suit me. Lots of compliments and every bride deserves to look the most beautiful on the wedding day! Betty is the choice! Betty has really great experience and she shared all of the valuable tips, advice and recommendation. She is sincere and passionate. Trust me, you don't need more stress from dealing with wedding vendors. Betty is totally reliable, punctual, efficient, caring and very detailed-oriented. Not only does she care my look and make up for the day, she also took care of my bridal party and my family. She worked with the Emcee and on site coordinator as well throughout the night to make sure everything goes smoothly. I would say she is the general manager for behind the scene. Betty is very experienced but her styles would never go outdated. She kept up with the most trendy looks with a personal touch to make it unique! The wedding accessories are gorgeous, and high quality and they enhanced my wedding dress and evening gown to the next level. I am really pleased with the service and experience! Her crew is also excellent. I love the make up and hair they have done for my bridesmaids, mom, cousins and aunties. Betty is a trust-worthy friend, not just a vendor/make up artist! -

Amazing team for My Big Day!
Betty and her team at Bridal Secretary was highly recommended by my friend who also hired their services for her wedding. Needless to say, I 100% agree with her recommendation and would do the same for any future brides or anyone looking for professional makeovers or styling.
If you have a chance, book Betty as your main stylist!
Booking:
Betty's communication with her clients is excellent. She is reachable by email, Facebook, instagram, etc. and her replies are always efficient. I booked my bridal makeup services with her through email without hassle. I took advantage of their Valentine's day promotion and had a piece of accessory included with my package. The price was reasonable and was able to include styling for my bridesmaids and my mother.
Pre-event Consultation:
Betty has great attention to details . She asked for vendor contacts and sample work so she can see the style of photography to match the looks. She considers your dress designs and theme as well. The accessories rental are all available at her studio for you to pick and she is flexible and makes great recommendations. A detailed schedule and skin care tips are shared so everyone can get ready for the big day ahead of time. I did not do a trial with Betty but her team pulled through all the looks with ease.
Day-of Service:
Team arrived before the scheduled time and was set up and ready to go within minutes. The team worked together so transition was smooth. Great tips were given as well as an emergency touch-up kit. She also helped me adjust my dress to make me feel grounded and ready for the hectic day. I had the team come on-site. The travel fee was minimal and I think it's worth the money spent. All the makeup is included, false lashes were included, and airbrushing is available for a small fee. My makeup stayed in tact for the day with no problems!
Highly recommend this team for any styling / beauty needs! -

I'm so happy that Bridal Secretary did my makeup and hair for my wedding day!
Betty gave me a lot of great suggestions and advice during my trials and throughout the whole process leading up to the day! I really appreciated how she was always so cheery, helpful, fast in her responses and answered all my questions to ease any worries that I had!
I love the makeup and hair styles that Candy did for me! They were perfect; she incorporated my preferences, adapted them and made them even better than I had originally pictured! The makeup and hair also held up really well!
They made me feel so comfortable even though I don't usually wear makeup and made it such a great experience!
