Rosanna and her team at Westdale florist were amazing to work with. Rosanna has shuch a bright personality. I had a pretty specific ides for my flowers in mind, and Rosanna made my dreams a reality. I couldn't have been happier with our flowers, the colours, style and delivery were flawless.

Amazing in every way!
I hired Rosanna to take care of the flowers for my wedding this past October based on another wedding I had been to. Within 5 minutes of speaking with her, I knew she was the person for the job. Her energy, positivity and “get er’ done” mentality was welcomed and immediately made me feel so comfortable. Due to COVID, we had to postpone our wedding three times which also meant pushing dates with her. Again, she adapted quickly and it was “no problem”. She went above and beyond with the preparations, set up and take down and made the process so smooth and easy for us. There was never any point in this whole process where I was stressed or concerned with the job that Rosanna and her team were going to do. The flowers were beautiful, especially the head table. I would highly recommend Westdale Florist for all your flower and wedding needs.

Beautiful Flowers
I absolutely loved my wedding flowers from Westdale Florist! Rosanna was amazing to deal with, listened to all of our requests and fully brought our vision to life! She was also extremely accommodating when we added more arrangements to our order. We received many compliments from guests on the beautiful bouquets! Their rates are also very reasonable. Hidden Gem - Kindest Wedding Florists
Westdale florists are an amazing florist to use for your wedding, with service that is hard to beat. When we were searching for florists for our wedding even a year before the date, so many florists were already booked and we were worried about whether we could find a florist for our summer 2022 wedding. Living near Westdale and having passed by the shop countless times, one day I stopped by the shop and met Rosanna who is an absolute joy to work with. She was so sweet, maybe noticing I was a bit stressed from the wedding planning process, and was able to fit me in for the wedding florals. When I came back a few weeks later to pay the deposit and it happened to be my birthday when I was running errands, she didn't let me leave the shop without a lovely little complimentary bouquet also which was really sweet. Really, the whole time Rosanna went above and beyond even before the wedding, including some great little cost-saving tips. On the wedding day, they were on time/early and the florals were fresh and gorgeous with roses and blue thistle in the bouquet, better than I could have envisioned them. Overall, I highly recommend Westdale Florists - they were an absolute joy to work with and I plan to use them in future for other floral arrangements/bouquets.

Amazing experience
Rosanna and her team were so fantastic!
Our date changed 4x due to covid-19 and Rosanna was always there for us- responsive, professional and caring.
I loved that I was able to see a sample of our centrepieces and bouquets prior to, and she allowed any changes I requested….she honoured our (very old) contract, and when our numbers and needs changed, she lowered the price- while other vendors were hosing us for every last cent. Rosanna was so friendly and warm- I can’t even explain how wonderful of a human being she is. Just a pleasure to deal with.
Our flowers were INCREDIBLE!!!! The most gorgeous things I have ever seen. I cried when I saw my bouquet- just blown away. We received so many compliments on them and our guests were eager to take our centrepieces home…..

Best Florist in Hamilton
We could not have been more pleased with Rosanna and her beautiful bouquets, boutonnières and floral centre pieces. I was blown away when I saw my bouquet. Rosanna was very flexible and understanding when COVID affected the original contract and I cannot thank her enough for this kindness. I would recommend this florist any day.

Beautiful flowers for our wedding
We were so happy with the flowers that Rosanna did for our wedding. They were absolutely beautiful and we had a lot of compliments. Rosanna was quite flexible to work with and quite generous. We started with some photos and then she built up each idea based on our vision. Rosanna was referred to us by multiple people, and we can understand why for many reasons, but mainly for her professionalism, beautiful flower arrangements, and reasonable costs. We would very much suggest using Westdale florist for a wedding (or any event).

Floral from the heart - Beautiful bridal shower and wedding arrangements!
Rosanna and her team at Westdale Florist created the most beautiful floral arrangements for both my bridal shower and my wedding. I had a specific vision and theme for both events and she exceeded my expectations. Rosanna is well organized and put so much effort and love into her work. She has such a kind and loving heart and provides impeccable service. She and made sure every small detail was taken care of. At my bridal shower, they created gorgeous arrangements for my teapot centerpieces and a beautiful floral garland for my head table. It fit my afternoon tea theme perfectly! I was taken away by just how beautiful everything looked. My wedding was large in size but not one aspect was overlooked. I had over 50 tables of high and low centerpieces, several corsages, boutineers, and bouquets. She even made the flower girl feel extra special with her flower wand! Without a doubt, I would recommend Rosanna and her team at Westdale Florist for your floral necessities!
