Our wedding florals (bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, floral sprays and bud vases) fit our wedding vibe perfectly, they were so dreamy! Alisha's work is a dream come true and we cannot recommend her enough.

Communication started off fine, but as I had more questions and wanted to confirm my payments had been received, the response time significantly slowed. As my wedding day approached, I hadn’t heard back, which was stressful. I eventually had to email, call, and text her personal cell before finally getting a response.

On the morning of my wedding, my father went to pick up the flowers, but the door was locked. He tried multiple times to open it, and tried the other doors. He noticed cars in the driveway, so decided to knock quite a few times but still got no answer. We called and texted repeatedly without a response. With time running out, we had to scramble to find an alternative bouquet. Eventually, she got back to us but my father was long gone, and said the door hadn’t been locked and told us to come back. Since we were nearby but busy, we asked if she could deliver the flowers, and after expressing our frustration, she had someone drop them off.

The bouquet itself was pretty, but I had specifically requested white roses. Instead, they appeared more yellow, even compared to my ivory dress. It would have been helpful to know ahead of time that the roses wouldn’t be truly white.

In the end, I was glad to have my bouquet, but I wouldn’t wish that kind of stress on any bride on her wedding day. Since then, I’ve heard from others that her communication can be inconsistent, often taking multiple emails or weeks to get a reply.

We hired Sakurah's Flowers to do our wedding at beautiful Clinton Hills in PEI. They were affordable, and wanted to work with us to help meet all our desires - we had a specific colour theme, wanted to bring our own cedar trimmings, and wanted eucalyptus. They also helped us reuse components for maximum savings! Absolutely beautiful.

The bouquets were beautiful and every little detail was thoughtfully designed. It was evident that she puts so much care and attention into her work. Not only were the flowers gorgeous, but they also seemed to perfectly complement the couples' style and personality which added such a personal and meaningful touch to the special day!

I also love how she just takes care of the details - I send her the floral requirements and some inspiration photos and I know that the day I pick up the bouquet to deliver it to the bride that it’s going to be perfect.

Many brides also enjoy that even if it’s a larger wedding - I can instantly tell if Sakurah’s Flower Studio did their bouquets when they walk down the aisle because her signature style is so uniquely beautiful and very fine art.

While I had high expectations for the floral arrangements at our wedding, I am disappointed with the service from Sakurah's Flower Studio. The process began with some hiccups, as I had to follow up with the florist for a proposal. Subsequently, I reached out via email to confirm receipt of my deposit payment, yet received no response.

Despite sending further emails detailing changes to my flower arrangement, I encountered continued silence from the florist. It reached a point where my fiancé had to take the initiative and call directly to prompt a response. To my surprise, the florist's response to my fiancé included a suggestion to cancel our arrangement if we were dissatisfied with her service and seek an alternative vendor. It seemed like she might prioritize larger weddings that bring in more revenue.

While her suggestion may not have been entirely incorrect, it did not reflect the ideal attitude for a business owner whose livelihood depends on customer satisfaction. Moreover, there are other florists in PEI who can create beautiful wedding arrangements, possibly even exceeding the quality and affordability offered by this florist.

The experience left us feeling undervalued as customers and added unnecessary stress to our wedding planning process. In the end, we decided to take the florist's advice and sought out another vendor who was more responsive and accommodating to our needs and most importantly it was way cheaper than this vendor.

Delivered exactly what we were looking for and the flowers and greenery were beautiful!

Sakurah totally exceeded our expectations! My bridal bouquet was one of my most favorite elements of the whole day. Sakurah will not disappoint - she is a complete perfectionist with a keen eye and she will make your vision come to life! She was an absolute sweetheart and a complete joy to work with!
