Unacceptable

I really had such a difficult time with this vendor. She was the only vendor that had to ask me what was on the contract I signed. Super disorganized and would take weeks to answer. I wish she was more responsive. I feel like I overpaid for the service I was given. The stress isn’t worth it…hire someone more proficient at what they do. My fiancé had to go pick up the florals the night before and she made him wait over 1 hour for her because they weren’t ready. Yeah…you don’t want this for your wedding. SUPER stressful. I would not recommend to anyone for any event. I feel bad for writing a review like this, but no one deserves to go through what we went through.

I wish I never hired Pure Hue...

What a stressful experience. I would not recommend anyone to hire her. Once I paid my 1st deposit I could not get in touch with her for MONTHS. I felt like I was being ghosted and lost confidence in her service-especially when she kept asking ME what was in our contract. Extremely disorganized and difficult to get a straight answer out of. On the day of my wedding 2 boutinnieres broke within 15min of the men wearing them, and 2 of my bridesmaid bouquets fell apart while we were taking pictures with the photographer. The centerpieces flowers were limp and had starting to turn yellow (I had white hydrangea). My bouquet did not look anything like I asked for. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Please save yourself the trouble and DO NOT BOOK with this vendor. Added so much stress to my life. I am so relieved I never have to talk to her again.

My now husband and I had the pleasure of working with Lisa and her team for our April 7,2018 wedding.
Lisa from day one proved to go above and beyond with meeting our wedding dreams.
The wedding day decor and florals exceeded our expectations.
Lisa and her team were on time for setup and take down of decor.

The most glamorous day of my life!!!

In all honestly, Lisa and the group of pure hue dynasty was absolutely amazing. They truly pulled off my vision and made my dream come true. She was easy to work with and was able to pull of the look and feel that I was going for to encompass our vision. She was willing to work within our budget and didn't make me feel overwhelmed and panicked. She walked me through the process with such ease as she was quick and responsive and answered all my questions diligently. The decor was absolutely flawless and truly tied the event all together. We received numerous compliments on all the decor especially the customized back drop and bouquet. She truly made our day even more special and a day we will never forget. I highly recommend her to anyone and truly believe you will not be disappointed.

Overall GREAT Experience with Pure Hue Dynasty!

Lisa had worked on my cousins wedding before so we decided to reach out to her for our wedding. We instantly clicked with her and she was there for me at anytime when I would message her about my ideas. She provided a backdrop, our centerpieces, the bouquets, our head table, all of it....and we were very happy with how it all turned out! Shes GREAT to work with and we felt like we became friends with her by the end of it! HIGHLY recommend!!

From the moment I met Lisa I felt like we were family! She executed our vision perfectly with the utmost professionalism while at the same time making you feel just at home. LIsa is absolutely AMAZING!!!!! She did my backdrop, head table, bouquets and centre pieces... everything was stunning and she is so amazing to work with ! Her prices are out of this world fantastic which helped us out so much. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!

Lisa is absolutely amazing, great personality fantastic florist. I had a vision limited budget but she made everything happen and it looked amazing beyond my epexctations. I will call her up for future events and also refer her to all my friends. If any bride is looking for a florist dont bother looking anywhere else just contact Pure Hue Dynasty.
