Working with J'adore was one of the best decisions my husband and I made. I know nothing about flowers and on our first phone call, Steph knew exactly what I wanted. I was sent a Vision Board and was able to change it multiple times. During our flower trial at Liberty Grand, Steph and Gina were watching my face, listening to how I felt about dark purple not being so nice. We spent an hour that day going through our order making sure each flower is correct. We also did this again the day before Steph ordered our flowers! They even have flower vase rentals and stay during the ceremony to repurpose floral locations! Such an amazing experience! The neat thing to note is that Steph became a friend with the way we emailed. We used slang (lol) it was very homey I'd say. This is your place for flowers!

Stephanie is clearly passionate about what she does, and talented! I loved my flowers and I loved her ability to make sure that I was completely happy. She is quick at responding to any questions or concerns and even made sure that I took time to think things through and let her know at any point and time what it was that I wanted. We worked together closely regardless of even her own wedding that she was planning at the same time! I highly recommend her as a florist and am so extremely pleased with the outcome.

I cannot thank Stephanie enough for the beautiful work she did on all the flowers for our wedding. She is so kind and such a pleasure to work with. She made my vision come to life. Everything was flawless. She has such an eye for detail and could not have done a better job. I cannot wait to use J'adore again.

Out of all the vendors we worked with planning my wedding, Stephanie at J'adore was our favourite. She is incredibly kind, her positive attitude is infectious, she responded to our emails at super speed and made sure that everything was done exactly the way we wanted it. From the bouquets to the centerpieces, everything was flawless and received a ton of compliments from our guests. For anyone seeking flowers, I would highly recommend giving her a call.

Their flowers are all very fresh and actually lasted for a week after the wedding too. The bouquets were very well made, looked amazing and really added to the look of the day. They set up and removed everything so you didn't have to worry about how it was getting done. The arrangements were stunning. We made our own centerpieces but they filled them with water and turned on the lights at the bottom of them for a nominal price the day of the wedding. Again, the convenience was totally worth it so we could focus on enjoying the day. Oh, the magnetic boutonnieres.....worth it just for that and not having to deal with pins and needles. They stayed on and not one came off all night. Great service and amazing prices.

Love them. Loved the fact how they provided a visual board of how all the flowers would look the day of. As well any questions or concerns they would answer quickly via phone or email. Recommended them to my bridemaid who is getting married and she's enjoying their services as well.

Stephanie at J'adore was an AMAZING person to work with. Right from the beginning she was so helpful and creative. I was completely sold when I explained my vision and theme to her for my wedding, and she sent me a vision board of exactly what I wanted in pictures. She was on the same page as me right from our very first call. No other florist I spoke with prior had took the time and effort to make a vision board of everything we discussed for my wedding in a vision board for me like she did. She was extremely patient and was always very sweet. I made so many changes and I never felt pressured or felt guilty for making so many changes. As the most indecisive person I was so grateful that I was able to work with her because she was so patient with me. In the vision board she presented all the rental candle votives and candelabras that she had in her possession that worked with my gold and blush theme. I was truly relieved that she had the exact gold candle votives that I wanted for all the guest tables, as well the gold candelabras and gold lida dishes I wanted. I was so pleased I didn't have to go through another rental company for these items and she had them. Lastly, as my wedding venue was close in proximity to her store she allowed us to leave all her rentals at the venue the night of our wedding so she could get everything in the morning for us. Just another example of how sweet and thoughtful she is, as she did not have to do that for us. We didn't have to collect everything at the end of the night and bring them back within the next few days as she decided she would save us the hassle. That's just one of many examples of the little things she did for us that did not go unnoticed. I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to work with J'adore as I appreciated my experience with her. They are very professional and have a great passion for what they do. I wish J'adore all the very best and will definitely be using her again for future events.

Gianina is a pleasure to work with. She is sweet, responsive, professional and has extremely good taste. We do not live in Toronto, but she made it so easy to share ideas and help achieve exactly what we were looking for. She is extremely good value too and her price are very reasonable. She also gives you ideas on how to achieve your look and make it easy to transition your flowers from the ceremony to reception.

She is also patient, thoughtful, and reliable! I cannot thank her enough!
