Hawthorn Plains takes design inspiration from nature and the feeling one gets when seated in a garden surrounded by the beauty of the outer world.

A Dream Come True!

Alyssa and her team went above and beyond for us - they were incredibly professional and easy to work with, and gave us florals that were breathtakingly beautiful. I received so many compliments on my bouquet and the other arrangements, and several people mentioned the flowers to me in the weeks after the wedding, they were such a highlight of the day! When I arrived at the venue and saw the altar, I started crying, the flowers were just so stunning. The repurposed everything from the altar to the reception area, and it looked incredible. Alyssa is a talented force and a lovely person, and I could not recommend her enough.

Absolutely jaw-dropping!

I asked Alyssa for "whimsical fairy garden" florals for my mountain wedding and oh my god did she deliver! All I could think about when saying my vows was how amazing the flowers smelled! She created a stunning arch around my gazebo and people complimented my centrepieces all night! My bouquet made me cry because it was so beautiful; everything she touched turned to gold! Alyssa was so creative, lovely to work with and created my perfect vision! I cannot recommend her enough, she made all my wedding dreams come true!

Incredible

My wife had a vision and Hawthorn Plains made that vision more than a reality, everything they did for us made the wedding that much better. The bouquets, the arch, the bud vases, and the various other floral displays were exquisitely crafted and held up through the whole day. They are receptive to ideas/palettes and offer professional insight and recommendations. We couldn't have asked for a better outcome.

Creative, flexible and amazing florist!

Alyssa did an absolutely fabulous job on the flowers for my wedding! She was amazing to work with, and understood what I was looking for, it felt like she fully encapsulated my vision. I had a winter wedding with the intention of having the ceremony outside - I opted for faux florals for the ceremony but after deciding to move everything inside Alyssa had a thought to add some florals into the faux arrangements which made everything cohesive and even more beautiful then I imagined. She was quick to fix our bouquets on site before the ceremony as a few flowers had froze in the winter weather. I would hire her again in a heartbeat, sadly you only have one wedding.

DON'T THINK TWICE, Hawthorn Plains is the must have flower vendor

Alyssa was amazing to work with, super professional! I live in Edmonton but I had my intimate private ceremony in Calgary and she made it super stress free for me. I pretty much told her what I kind of wanted especially how I wanted everything to be modern and mini bouquets and she killed it! and I was blown away when I arrived to our ceremony. Thank you so much Alyssa for making my day so special!!
