  The perfect florals!

  We had such a wonderful experience with Flower House! The flowers were gorgeous. We had a ton of complements on all of them! We looked at quite a few vendors but they were definitely the best value for the price. We were able to have flowers as every centerpiece and reused the flowers from our arch in different aspects of our wedding. It was amazing how many blooms they were able to pack into each arrangement!
  Chang was awesome to work with. I always got a response within a few hours. He was very knowledgeable and was able to come up with the exact flowers I was describing. We did lots of our planning during covid but he was really easy to jump on a zoom call with to get everything organized.
  I can't recommend them enough!

  Beautiful work!

  So happy to have worked with Flower House to supply our bouquets and boutonnières for our wedding. Cheng was very responsive to my messages, cost of the flowers was more than reasonable, and flowers were delivered on time to Canmore for our special day.
  My bouquet flowers weren’t the exact colours I had in mind. I wanted pale pink and white/cream and the flowers were much brighter colours. But I can’t complain too much because they were still gorgeous.
  I had requested 2 pin on corsages for our Mom’s but unfortunately they were too big and heavy for them to wear.
  Very friendly, accommodating, and professional! Would definitely recommend!

  Gorgeous flowers, great value

  Cheng was wonderful to work with! She was so professional and accommodating with our last minute changes. The flowers looked so gorgeous and I couldn't have been happier with how everything looked. Cheng was on time to do delivery and set up and the flowers looked exactly like what I had ordered/envisioned. I would recommend her to anyone needing a florist

  The most beautiful flowers

  The flowers we got were exactly how I imagined. The price was extremely affordable and I’m very happy with the quality of how everything was done.

  Wonderful experience!

  We had originally booked Flower House for our wedding in Nov 2020 and again in July 2021. Cannot recommend them enough, they were friendly, accommodating and the best deal in the town! Due to COVID we’ve had to rearrange our plans quite a few times now and every single time they’ve gone above and beyond to help us with the changing restrictions and the replanning that came with it. We cannot thank flower house enough and have nothing but positive things to say.

  Amazing Experience!

  I had my wedding yesterday! Chen was awesome and very flexible with all the changes we have made for our wedding. It was already stressful due to pandemic, but he was Very accomodating and very friendly and made it easy for us. The flowers are beautiful too, with the price they offered!! They designed to what we planned! It is very worth it!! People, go to them for your wedding flowers! Thanks, Chen ☺️☺️🙏

  Not a clue!!

  After numerous emails back and forth of ideas for flowers for our wedding and aprox budgets we set up a meeting.
  *This meeting was to see some flowers and get further ideas .
  *We drove from Vancouver to Calgary for this meeting!
  *Guy had no idea who we were when we arrived and had to ask our name.
  * my fiancé had to find and pull up his own chair
  * guy started to just read through my emails with me again and asked what budget option I was going for
  * explained we were coming to look at flowers that is what we said on our email ( we didn’t have to travel from Van to Calgary to talk email was working just fine)
  * his reply oh we have no flowers for you to look at if you’d have come last week we would have or maybe you can come back another time!!
  * erm nope we won’t travel from van to you again
  We found a great florist who we will probably use and not only got to see the flowers but walked away with a FREE bouquet for the day. Named Incredible flowers

  Thanks for your feed back, we never expect to get 1st bad review that was from a client that din't used our services yet.
  Email are mostly important record for our customers wedding floral request especially people who ask their wedding floral 1 year ahead or 2.
  We are budget friendly not only because we add as less profit in as we can, but also we are not give free samples or etc. We fee sol bad to give free samples and charge you back from your wedding flowers. Please remember there are no free meals in the world.
  We have some of our past works on our website and Instagram, people like to use pictures to talk about their wedding flowers for past 3 years, so we are getting used to it.
  Sorry for your inconvenience and I am happy for you that you find a florist that suit for you. Hope you have a wonderful marriage.

  Such great value from the Flower House. My flowers turned out beautifully. The only issue we had was after they were delivered I noticed that a few of the things we had discussed changing were not changed and instead appeared in my bouquet as was listed in the original quote. I wasn't fussy on my flowers to begin with so this wasn't a huge deal but if you have a very specific vision in mind you may be better off elsewhere. Again, I couldn't find anywhere that could compete with the value the Flower House offers and our bouquets and bouts turned out beautifully regardless of the details.
