The moment I had my introduction call with Amber at Cool Green & Shady, I knew we had to hire her to do our wedding florals and candles. I had no clue what I was doing or what flowers to ask for, only a vibe that I was going for that I attempted to convey through strange examples like "I want my florals to look like an apocalyptic movie where greenery and beautiful flowers overtake an industrial city" and "like a gothic romance, but not like Halloween". Amber immediately started sharing ideas and gave me an outline of different options we could go for, instantly understanding my vibe and what I was hoping for (even with my abstract ideas). She was so personable, so knowledgable, and made me feel so comfortable by walking me through line by line what I could expect. Now cue the day of the wedding - when I saw my flowers for the first time, I cried. The way Amber took my inspiration and created the most incredible florals I've ever seen is no joke. I was blown away with what they brought together. So not only is their customer service a 10/10, but the quality of their florals are too. Thank you, thank you, thank you to the team at Cool, Green & Shady. You are absolutely magical and you made our wedding feel like something out of my very best dreams. -

Amber and the team were fantastic and they captured our aesthetic and color scheme just how we wanted. They were super flexible in terms of changes/customizations to meet our budget and we truly appreciated that. The sheer beauty of all the floral arrangements, bouquets, and flower arch, were beyond what we expected. The overall design and attention to detail added a little something extra to an already magical day.

Stunning flowers by lovely people!
Cool Green & Shady have been our local florist for years (they even did my prom flowers over a decade ago!), so it was an easy decision to work with them for our wedding in September 2022. Amber and her team were an absolute pleasure throughout the planning process and provided great guidance from start to finish. I had daydreamed about my wedding flowers for months (years!) and what they created was more beautiful and customized than I could have imagined. My husband and I got married on July 15th, 2022 at Elora Mill. Amber from CG & S was our consultant. It was the most amazing experience from start to finish. From the first consultation to the execution of my vision, Amber really went above and beyond to ensure I was a happy bride. The morning of the wedding, a few of the Elora Mill staff members approached me to let me know how stunning the reception room looked and that they have never seen anything like it. When I walked into the room, I couldn’t have been happier! The vision in my head was perfectly executed! I cannot thank Amber enough for her hard work. -

Beyond expectations!
Amber and her team were absolutely amazing!! She was able to provide us a quote during our initial call and was able to guide us through the process, recommending what would be in season and help with allergies. The flowers were stunning and her team delivered and set them up the day of. I would highly recommend her to anyone in Toronto! -
