Beautiful Flowers and Great Customer Service

Flowers turned out perfect. My bouquet was exactly what I wanted with hydrangeas and spray roses. Boutonnières and corsages lovely as well. -

Flowers were turning brown
I ordered a large bouquet for my wedding, upon receiving everything the corsages and Boquet were already turning brown. Thank n top of that the colours I expected were not even close to the photo i sent them.Banff Mountaintop Flowers's reply:
Hello Aysha,
We are so saddened to hear that you were not pleased with your flowers. The original photo you had sent to us as inspiration were created with fake flowers in a bright pink and teal colour, no natural flowers exist within the teal colour which is why we had light blue as a substitute as written in your quote. To do the teal the flowers would have required us to dye or paint the flowers. After your change of date from June to August we had to substitute the pink peonies with dahlias which have a different look which we had also informed you of. As for the flowers turning brown, when they left our shop there was definitely no brown on any of the flowers and none of them were wilting, the Quicksand roses that were used have a blush sandy colour to them, perhaps that is what you are referring to? I've attached photos of your bouquet and boutonniere.
No matter what we hope your wedding day was beautiful and you and your partner were surrounded by love and laughter. -

Christine saved my bouquet!! I had an unfortunate situation with a different florist - my bouquet and my husband's boutonniere ended up not being what I had asked for (wrong colour, wrong types of flowers) and a lot of the flowers were dead and wilting. I was scrambling the day before my elopement trying to find somebody to help me fix my flower mess. I was SO LUCKY to find Christine at Banff Mountaintop Flowers. As I was telling her my situation, she instantly was ready to jump in and help. She looked at my inspiration photos and pulled out stems from the cooler that would work perfect while staying within my budget. It ended up being more work than she had anticipated and she even stayed shortly after closing to make sure my bouquet and boutonniere were what I wanted. Not only did she breathe life back into my bouquet, but she was also extremely friendly and easy to talk to (so was her colleague - sorry didn't catch her name!!) and recommended restaurants and hikes as we were from out of town. I am looking forward to seeing my bouquet in my wedding photos for years to come - all thanks to Christine. -
