I absolutely loved the bouquets. They were so beautiful. Exactly what I imagined. The staff was very easy to deal. I’m super sad we completely forgot about the boutonnières before the ceremony because they were awesome. Lol, we found them in the box as we were cleaning up

Our wedding planner had used this florist to create our succulent table center pieces and provide organically laid greenery for our ceremony and reception.
I was in the area a week before the wedding ad dropped into the store to see if anything was required and just to follow up to see if anything needed to be settled or finalized. The girl that was working seemed to be very confused, lacked much knowledge and didn’t seem to want to help. She kept saying “I don’t know.” Eventually she said, “I don’t deal with weddings and I don’t have any access to that information.” My wedding planner had the same issues with that same girl. Perhaps some coaching on customer service needed.
We were also over-quoted. Two boxes of greenery were never used. We are not sure what happened here, as our wedding planner had given them the exact dimensions of our table. We called to see if they could take the unused greenery back for a credit, but they said they didn’t have room and nothing was offered. Unfortunately, we wasted some money here.
In the end, the centerpieces and the greenery were great, and we were happy with the quality.
This would have been 5 stars, but they lost two: one for over-quoting and not offering a credit, two for the customer service of the one employee.

I had Colleen and her wonderful staff do my wedding flowers and she did an absolutely incredible job. I have limited knowledge on flowers, but she was eager to meet with me to understand what I wanted in my wedding. She immediately understood the look I was going for and made my wedding full of greenery and beautiful white flowers (and at a great price!). I had so many comments on the flowers I had at my wedding. Beyond Colleen's experience and knowledge, she is also kind, patient and very responsive. I wish I could give Avenida Grower Direct more than 5 stars!

Frieda was amazing. I beleive she has been doing this for years as she seemed very knowledgable with her suggestion in what she thinks would work best. We had some things change in short notice after visting the venue one last time and she was more then willing to accomidate for us.

We couldn’t have been happier with our decision to choose Avenida Grower Direct for our wedding flowers! We had a very small wedding, and only required a bridal bouquet, groom’s boutonniere, and parents/grandparents corsages and boutonnieres. They were flexible when we changed and added to the order a few times, are very willing to work with a budget, and could get in all of the flowers that we wanted!! We would highly recommend Avenida Grower Direct!

Colleen at Avenita Grower Direct was great! She made beautiful flower decoration for our wedding. She also accomodated me with a less expensive but beautiful flower girls baskets. Go visit her she will for sure take care of you! ??
