If you are looking for a florist for your wedding, I cannot recommend Astilbe enough! My wedding planner gave me the name of several companies to check out, but she made it very clear that Astilbe is known for being the best in Montreal. After doing my due diligence (aka snooping the Instagrams of each company), it was clear that she was right—Astilbe had the most consistently beautiful floral arrangements. And indeed, the flowers they produced for my wedding were astounding. I received compliments on them from all my guests, all weekend.
But, as much as I loved how gorgeous my flowers turned out, what I am most grateful for is the ease of working with Astilbe. I worked with a lot of vendors over the course of wedding planning, and NO ONE was as on top of it as Melanie. Every time I reached out, she responded quickly and thoroughly (something I learned not to assume of all vendors). In my first meeting with her, I instantly felt like she actually heard me and understood my vision. I gave her a weird, choppy, random list of things that I do and don’t like, and she reiterated them back to me in a thoughtful, beautiful concept that was spot on. And when I asked for something that Astilbe had never done before, Melanie simply asked for some Pinterest photos, and made it happen like she had done it a million times.
Truly, do yourself a favor and hire Astilbe for any important event—you will not regret it.

Marie and Melanie and the Astilbe team take the time to listen to your vision, and develop the concept and look around that while always taking into account your budget. Highly recommend!

Astilbe made our floral visions come to life!
We had an exceptionally amazing experience with Marie & Melanie from Astilbe! We contacted them only a month before the wedding (as our plans surrounding flowers changed last minute), and they over delivered. We were living abroad in the US while planning our wedding, so we could not meet in person prior to the big day. We connected once on the phone to discuss my vision and Marie & Melanie got every detail I envisioned! Astilbe was a dream to work with and I would highly recommend them to any future Montreal couples!
The women at astilbe we’re very easy to deal with and professional. They created beautiful, natural looking bouquets for me and my bridal party. We also ordered bulk flowers from them, instead of going with bulk flowers from Costco, and did the centre pieces ourselves. The flowers were huge and absolutely gorgeous. Compared to Costco, we got twice as many flowers for only about $100 more and they lasted for several days after the wedding. Would definitely hire astilbe again!

Amazing for any size of order!
We used Astilbe as our wedding florist, and the team was wonderful. As our wedding was small and minimalist, we only needed 15 bud vases and a centerpiece for the sweetheart table, and we were working on a small budget. However, the team was able to give us everything we had asked for within budget. Everything was done through email, and we were able to tell them what flowers we did not want and which ones we dreamed of having if available (specifically peonies and white anemones). The day of the wedding they delivered the flowers exactly on time. Every single bud vase and the centerpiece were beyond what we had hoped for and they made the venue feel romantic and dreamy. We would use Astilbe again for any event and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding florist!

Perfection!
We hired Astilbe for our wedding and were blown away by their professionalism, communication, and talent. We were planning our wedding from across the country but this was not an issue. We spoke on the phone, shared photos, and they created a collage board of what we were looking for that developed as our communication continued. The final product on our wedding day was magic. I could not recommend a florist more!! Also, to top it all off, the team is absolutely lovely (and clearly so passionate about flowers!). Thank you from the bottom of our full hearts, Astilbe!!!

Awesome place!
