I was very impressed with the service I received from occasion giftware. I made a request online, and received a phone call re this request promptly. We made the change, and this dealing was followed up by an email later in the day. The favours were in the mail within two more days. I would unreservedly recommend them to others.

I ordered incense matches on WEdnesday July 25 from Occasional Gifts. Gabriella Mammone, a representative, within two days of my order, to explain that that item was not allowed to come into Canada any more. She offered to send me what they had in stock. She followed that phone call with an email. I was truly impressed with this followup to a small online order. I would recommend their service to others unreservedly.

Gabby is amazing and her customer service is outstanding, I needed a cake topper that my son only told me he wanted on Sunday for his wedding the following Saturday (men always last minute) so I went searching the web, I found Gabby's web site contacted her and she went into action, she told me she had the topper I was looking for, and assured me I would have it before the big day, she was amazing it went out that day and I received it the day after. Bravo in this day and age it is hard enough getting some who even cares let alone someone to give outstanding customer service to boot.

One word can describe the Wedding Day Coordination services of Gaby and Bianca: AMAZING!!!

My husband and I both had extremely high standards of what we expected, and these two lovely ladies far exceeded it all in every single respect. We interviewed 3 different Wedding Day Coordinators and Gaby and Bianca were our last hope after some disappointment from other vendors and their 'can't do attitude'. Bianca and Gaby took a tremendous amount of stress off of us so we could focus on our big day, and we were confident that everything was going to be taken care of in their extremly capable hands. They handled all the curve balls (lots of them!!) without us knowing and took charge in a way that was agreeable, always with a genuine warm smile but firm enough to get the job done! Nothing was too big or small for them to take care of. In fact 1am in the morning before the big day, Gaby was up helping with last minute wedding day prep!!

Our day was perfect and Gaby and Bianca were a huge part of the reason why it was with the extensive pre-planning and flawless execution. Everybody needs a Team Gaby and Bianca for their wedding!!

They handled our VERY last minute requests for securing a videographer, a parking lot attendant to ensure our guests safety when crossing a busy street to get to the venue, as well DJ and last minute dance lessons!! Not only that but Gaby was able to offer excellent suggestions for wedding favours and it was great to be able to not have to scour the internet for items such as menu card holders, money box, picture signing frame and disposable cameras - got them all from Occasions Giftwares.

We can't say enough praise about their services and we highly recommend anyone looking for wedding planning and day of coordination services to look no further than Gaby and Bianca.

Communicating with Gaby was like communicating with a dear friend. She was very honest, excited and professional throughout the whole process. Gaby and her team were extroardinarily organized and creative, which made our wedding more special. The items I purchased were always top quality and at a fair price. I do not regret anything because everything was perfect and I received tons of great feedback from all of my guests.

I was lookiing for guest favors for my weding shower. I placed an order online and I have been in touch with gaby during the whole process before shipping. She was very professional at getting my order out to me in a rush as it was last minute. She was always quick with any questions i would email Her. She took care of me.
