Excellent service

Loved my experience with viva bridal. The phone was ringing off the hook but the lady that was helping me out did an excellent job at jumping back and forth between tasks.

Dream Wedding Dress

I said YES to my wedding dress at Viva Bridal Boutique! Went there twice before I found my dress. Good selection. Friendly staff. Will be back soon to look for some accessories :)

Horrible experience

Despite having a beautiful selection of gowns this store has the worst service you could possibly encounter. Dismissive, and rude staff who care very little about the business of young brides. I even messaged the owner about my very disappointing experiences and he responded with a very professional “thumbs up” emoji. I am all about shopping local, but will no longer support any of the local businesses run by this family.

I said YES to the dress!!!

This was my first stop in finding my dress and i couldnt have found the most PERFECT dress!!! The service was absolutely fantastic and she knew the style I wanted and even found my perfect dress for me, it wasn't even the ones i had originally picked!! I would 100% recommend this place!

The lady helping me was very helpful, pulling extra dresses that she thought would look good on me. It was a very fun experience and felt that I had the full bridal experience and said "Yes to the Dress!" I found my dream dress in my budget. Would recommend them to anyone looking

I would not recommend tihis boutique .. I have shopped all over for a wedding dress and also grad dress for my daughter. Worst service EVER...in all three visits to this shop. Service was terrible, no help..was In the store for quite awhile before even was approached..had to go get my own selections and also had to get friends help to do up my dress and I laced up my daughters. Spending over $ 1500 dollars for a dress I would expect a little more service. Sales lady was short and not helpful at all. I recommend you go to Kelowna for any bridal/grad purchases.

The Dress was beautiful however there seamstress didn't hem my dress short enough which possed a bit of a problem when dancing. i guess i need to get taller? the service at the bridal salon when finding my dress however was very good and they have nice things.
