  Highly recommend!!

  I went for two wedding dress appointments at Pearl & Birch and both of them were wonderful experiences. The staff are lovely and strike a great balance between listening to what you want and helping you think outside the box. I also love their whole concept of a more sustainable and ethical bridal experience.

  Amazing experience

  I had an absolute blast finding my dress at Pearl & Birch! Teagan was really sweet & helped me find the perfect dress for me. She really made the experience feel magical. Every dress I tried on was a possibility but the last dress I tried on was absolutely perfect. I cannot wait to wear it on my wedding day. The store is clean, cute and cozy. There were dresses at multiple price points that I was okay with along with many accessories. The covid measures were a 10/10 and I felt comfortable the whole time. Thank you Teagan and Pearl & Birch, I am so happy to be a birch bride!

  A Waste of $760

  Aug 2020 I purchased a wedding dress from Pearl and Birch for $760. At the time I was told to hang it up, and I should plan to do my alterations about 3 months before the wedding. Around October I showed the dress to my aunt and she noticed some small spots of yellowing. I figured the spots would come out, and that could be taken care of around the time of my alterations. March 2021 I am reviewing my dress again in preparation for the alterations appointment, and I notice that the yellowing has gotten worse and is now across the entire front of the dress. I contacted Pearl and Birch and they asked me to bring in the dress for inspection. During my appointment with them I was informed that this had never happened before, and that the yellowing would most likely not be reversible. I was offered a $75 store credit in exchange for the $760 yellowing dress, which could be applied to a $150 dry cleaning fee. I was also offered a dress at cost- meaning I would only pay the portion owed to the consignor. Unfortunately, I did not find any dress in a suitable size and style at Pearl and Birch.
  A few things I think are an important take away from this experience: 1. not all dresses are dry cleaned by Pearl and Birch, some may be cleaned by the consignor 2: certain types of fabric on wedding dresses can yellow even if they are stored properly 3. once you purchase a dress from Pearl and Birch all of the liability is on you

  Amazing experience and service!

  Teagan helped me find my dream wedding dress today! The whole experience was amazing and so much fun! She was so patient and figured out exactly what it was I was looking for! I thought it would be hard to find my dress but she helped my find it on the first time trying on dresses!

  An amazing place!

  I had the very best experience at Pearl & Birch. Teagan was a wonderful help. She picked dresses for me that fit and flattered my body. The renovations that have recently occurred have allowed for dressing room spaces to be more private! I am so happy they were able to squeeze me in on a busy Saturday because I went home with my wedding dress.
  
  Teagan also pulled dressed for my Maid of Honour, and the first dress she tried on we bought! A very comfortable and fun process. Thanks Pearl & Birch! I have already recommended you to all of my bride to be girl friends :)

  Eco friendly!

  Purchased my veil, earrings, and dress hanger from PandB. Also had dress alterations done and rented a fur stole for outdoor pictures.
  Will be taking my dress to consign and dry clean ASAP! Cheapest dry cleaning price I’ve seen, and the girls who work there are SO friendly! I’m going to miss spending time in this lovely shop!

  Absolute Perfection

  After finding a dress that was outside of my budget that I fell in love with at another shop, I walked into Pearl and Birch later that day hoping to find something similar. What I got was infinitely better. I just told Amanda what I was looking for, and it was actually the first dress she showed me that I went with. And what a gorgeous place! Every visit, every fitting, every conversation was great. Amanda and the entire staff made me and my bridal party feel so comfortable and at ease. She really took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for, which I appreciated immensely. Everything about the experience I had with Pearl and Birch was perfect.

  Beautiful bridal accessories!

  I had already purchased my dress, but I was on the hunt for accessories. I knew Pearl and Birch would be a good option because I was able to bring my dress, and try on belts with it. The staff there are so helpful and amazing. I went twice before I decided on the perfect belt.

  Two nights before my wedding I decided to try on my wedding dress just to see it on one more time. I noticed when trying it on that the latch was bending the I couldn't find the eye. I immediately emailed pearl and birch with my concern and they responded back to me so fast. A seamstress showed up to my house the very next day and fixed my dress for me. Pearl and birch is a great business! I loved my dress and I loved the professionalism from Amanda and the rest of the crew. Plenty of gorgeous dresses available and at a very reasonable price!!
