Takes advantage of brides

They charged me $90+tax for earrings that, after showing my bridesmaid's, were found on Amazon for $15. Shame on them. That's a ridiculous mark up. I understand that dresses are very overpriced, for what they pay, but to buy from Amazon and then charge x4 the amount? Absolutely unacceptable.

They knowingly ordered a size too small

Worst experience, after purchasing my wedding dress. Blush knowingly ordered a size too small and sent me to a tailor who called me fat and told me to lose weight. Brought the issue up with Blush, they would pay for alterations. However, at the same time they offered that, they measured me again in the middle of the store. With all of their other customers. "Just making sure it really was our fault." They told me when I picked up the dress, they had purposefully ordered the smaller size.

Fantastic Service

I started working with them to find a dress in February 2020. They were fantastic, listened to all our thoughts and opinions and no pressure sales. After buying my dress in june 2021 they still honored a discount I got with them from the convention in 2020. They we always available and acomodating and when there was a mistake made they jumped into action to make it right. Absolutely amazing experience!

Sizing not correct

I bought a bridesmaid dress through blush bridal. I was expecting a child at the time and they told me to order two sizes larger then my normal size. DO NO DO THAT! I listened and it was huge!! the seamstress could only do so much to help the dress. Very unsatisfied with the dress for the amount of money I paid for it. I want to like it, but it looks so bad cause its huge!!! Oh well, Lesson learned. I have been telling all my engaged friends to look elsewhere for bridesmaid and wedding gowns. So sorry!

So helpful and easy to deal with and rushed my dress in with out question. Loved my dress so much and would definitely recommend Blush to anyone going wedding dress shopping!

Beautiful shop and amazing service

This shop was so great! I visited the shop a number of times and all the women who work there were amazing and so sweet. They were very helpful in finding my dress, were never pushy, and helped me to style it during all my other visits before the wedding. It was such an enjoyable experience, I would highly recommend them!

Amazing Service

This place was amazing!! We went into the New bridal shop, indicated what I was looking for, and they sent me to the consignment shop, I found THE PERFECT DRESS for $250.
She was amazing, funny, and professional. Would totally recommend this place!

I only went to this shop for my wedding dress shopping experience because it was perfect and exactly what I wanted. They were so helpful finding my dress and made it such a personalized and enjoyable experience. Would highly recommend them!
