Manning Park Summer 2025 Wedding DJ Services

We used Silver Disc for a wedding in Manning Park in July 2025. Doug was a very easy going, friendly, and simple vendor to work with. He was responsive to our communication leading up to the wedding, effective at answering our questions and asking for information ahead of time, and very independent on the wedding day with set up and take down. This all made for a stress free DJ service, and we received many compliments from our guests regarding Doug’s work!

Doug’s setup was also thoughtful including a sound system everyone could hear at a windy ceremony site.

We would highly recommend Doug for your DJ services!

Doug was an amazing d.j. At my wedding this past weekend. He was detailed, responsive, incredibly knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was doing. As a bride, it my my life easy knowing that he knew what he was doing. I will continue to recommend him to everyone I know!

Awesome! Mind blowing cool,

Super awesome!! Doug worked the dance music so well and had the songs flowing effortlessly. He really blew us away on how good of timing he had for ceremony songs, reception songs etc. 10/10 recommend

Doug is great- we highly recommend him!

We interviewed several DJs for our wedding, and Doug was the only one who gave us the impression that his top priority would be doing all he could to make sure we absolutely loved our wedding. Unlike some other wedding DJs, he doesn’t have an ego and wasn’t trying to insert his musical preferences into our day- he’s easy going, adaptable, knowledgeable, and hard working. Doug doesn’t do fancy mixing or anything like that- but hey if you love the songs that are being played, you really don’t need any of that! Doug interacted very well with our guests (the kids right on up to the seniors), he played all our must-play songs, timed the songs well throughout the cocktail hour and dance party, and did everything he said he would be and more. A big plus was that Doug is very familiar with our wedding venue (Manning Park) and he had all the equipment necessary for both the lake-side ceremony and the indoor reception locations. Thank you, Doug!

Fun and bubbly

Doug was amazing at getting the songs we requested and getting back to me really fast. I was gifted Dougs service and was not disappointed we were even surprised by a bubble machine for our first day which made the day even more special.

Highly recommend!

Doug was fantastic at our wedding a few weeks ago! Our friends and family are STILL talking about how much fun they had at our wedding. the dance floor was packed all night and everyone said it was such a great atmosphere, giving tons of praise to our DJ, Doug. Thank-you for making our night so great and memorable!!

So helpful and kind

He was very helpful getting me a disc of songs for our rehearsal and song ideas before everything. But on the night he read the room perfectly keeping everyone on the dance floor and had all the songs requested even a couple odd ones lol

Doug from silver disc music was our DJ for our wedding June 24th/2017. He did a fantastic job! He kept the dance floor full all night playing great songs, he played a good mix of old songs and new and played lots of different types of music. All of our guests were commenting on how great the music was. I would highly recommend silver disc music to all my friends.

Doug was so easy to work with and left us with nothing to worry about on our big day! He kept the dance floor full all night and we had many people say how great he was! We couldn't have been happier with our choice in a DJ!
