Having Legendary Sound part of our wedding was one of the best decisions we made!
From the very beginning, it felt less like working with vendors and more like having friends by our side. We booked their Legendary Wedding DJ Package, and it truly lived up to its name - not only did it include Rich’s incredible DJ talent with premium sound and lighting, but also the Snap Squad Photobooth with Mike and videography with Kamal. Having those extras built right into the package elevated the entire day and made the experience even more special. Value = 10/10!
We didn’t make it easy on Rich: four different locations, a mix of outdoor and indoor setups, plus a first dance that required a custom remix and a mid-song location change. He managed it all seamlessly and exceeded every expectation. The flow of the night was flawless, and our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the music and energy.
Looking back, having Rich, Hayley, Mike, and Kamal as part of our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. The dance floor was packed, the vibe was amazing, and we’d recommend them a thousand times over! -

My new husband and I cannot recommend Legendary Sound enough. Rich was an absolute pleasure to work with and made the planning process so easy! He helped guide us through the process of choosing music and what smaller events we would like to add to the reception (cake cutting music/announcing games etc.) This was especially great because we did not have a wedding planner and I had never hired a DJ previously, so walking us through everything helped immensely.
The music was fun and engaging and Rich was a great MC, and made the sequence of events smooth and effortless. He has an extensive music library and seamlessly mixed different genres and eras, keeping the dance floor going into the night. :)
It was clear they genuinely cared about making our wedding a memorable experience. They were friendly, engaging, and went above and beyond to ensure that everyone had a great time. I would 100% recommend them if you have an event coming up. 😊
I wish I had more photos to attach, we were just having too much fun dancing to remember to photograph the moments more! -

Rich was amazing! I had multiple guests complimenting his work and asking for information about hiring him as well. Music was fun and the transitions from song to song were so clear. He did such a great job including during the ceremony. Kept on the timeline perfectly. -

It poured during our whole outdoor wedding but they got everyone out on the dance floor either way!
They were also so very kind and helpful with the whole wedding process!

Thanks Rich and team for DJ-ing our post wedding party in Toronto when we returned from our destination wedding in Costa Rica. They did a great job keeping the party going right until the end of the night. The lights they brought along also helped with the party ambiance. Thanks again! -

True Professionals!
Our wedding was in August 2019 and we used Legendary Sound as our DJ. The owner (Rich) was a true professional in all facets of the word. He was gentlemanly, personable, kind and brought a wealth of experience (he even told us about an event where he was asked by the bride and groom to play all metal music...tough task i say!). He really made this process easy for us. Because of his experience he was able to give us several different options (when to do the speeches, how long the songs should be for first dances, etc). We met with Rich (and his lovely wife) about a month before the wedding with NO real idea on what we wanted for our wedding so we were a little nervous. However, when we left the meeting we felt so relieved and way more comfortable about the entire day. He assured us that nothing would get in the way of him playing music at our wedding. He allowed us to make a playlist and took requests at the event. However, again because of his experience, he is able to play music based on what the people at the event are taking to. He knows whats best to play during cocktail hour and during the reception. He was so accommodating he even let our 2 young nephews 'help' DJ with him. We got some amazing photos of them in head sets behind the booth and of course with a huge smile on the face of Rich.
All in all we couldn't be happier with the service, quality and professionalism of Rich from Legendary Sound and would recommend this service to anyone! If you have it all planned out or have no idea what you want (like us) Legendary Sound will be able to accommodate your needs and more! -

Rich was friendly, professional, flexible and just amazing all around from start to finish! He made it out to Jasper, AB for our wedding and played the best songs for our party. He even had all the conservative Korean parents dancing (not an easy feat) as well as the younger crowds, and the dance floor was busy until 1:30 A.M.! He even MC'ed for us and was amazingly flexible with last minute changes. Everyone commented on our amazing DJ and how much fun they had at the reception! Thank you so much Rich, you truly made our wedding legendary :). Highly recommend- you won't regret it. -

Booking with Legendary Sound was very easy to do. Our prom was an amazing night due to them! They arrived at the venue on time and set up with no issues. When asked if we could set up a video to play last minute they were super flexible and helped us do it. Would book again for any events in the future! -
