  Best dj ever!

  My husband and I had the pleasure to work with Cavin for our wedding and we have agreed that it was one of the best decisions we made!
  Cavin was such an amazing person to work with, he was understanding and always open to giving us ideas and helping us make sure everything went smoothly!!

  Best DJ ever!!!

  My husband and I are so incredibly grateful we got to have Cavin as our DJ for our wedding day. Through the entire process, from the initial consultation, the meetings leading up to the wedding and the day of, Cavin was extremely personable, reassuring, professional and knowledgeable. He made it so easy to trust that he would be able to show both mine and my husband's personalities through the music that was played on our wedding day. And he did just that! The dance floor was busy all night long. Our guests kept coming up to us saying they couldn’t leave the dance floor because the music was too good! His ability to read the crowd and cue up music accordingly is incredible!! We 1000% recommend him for any event!

  Respectful, Professional & Fun !

  Our venue listened to our concerns & suggested Cavin!
  They had worked with him before and she felt confident it would be a good match. To be honest my husband & I are NOT fans of DJs ... We have been to so many events where the music is so loud that you can barely conversate.. and this was something really important. I wanted people to party but also mingle!
  
  I went into this experience with what I thought were pretty strict guidelines , Cavin took everything with ease and made us feel so comfortable & confident right away.
  
  The day was perfect! We also asked kind of last minute if he could take over the MC roll as sadly our MC had to back out.. And he did an amazing job with this title as well.
  
  We had SO much fun and our guests had nothing but great things to say about him & his music. HIGHLY recommend Cavin for your wedding or big events!

  Cavin is *the* best

  We met Cavin at a wedding show in April 2024; we still chatted with 2 other DJs but that confirmed that Cavin was the DJ for us. He also served as our MC which was a great decision - one of the other DJ's insisted that a family or friend serve in that role but we didn't want that pressure on them.
  
  Communication over the year of planning was great, thanks to his quick responses and planning forms. Our planning meeting in January was great as we came super prepared.
  
  Fast forward to the day of and everything went off perfectly - everyone *raved* about the reception music (Gen X crowd) which we expected given everything we knew about Cavin but it was still great to hear from our guests. Cavin was also a fantastic MC and picked up on all sorts of obvious and less obvious moments from our guests and wove them into his remarks to personalize the experience.
  
  We cannot recommend Cavin highly enough. Hire him immediately! Thank you, Cavin!

  We were absolutely thrilled with the exceptional service provided by DJ Cavin James at our wedding reception! From the initial consultation to the final dance, cavin exceeded our expectations in every way. Their vast music selection, expertly curated playlists, and seamless transitions kept our guests entertained and on the dance floor all night long.
  
  DJ Cavin James was incredibly professional, responsive, and accommodating, ensuring that every detail was tailored to our unique vision. Their emcee skills were top-notch, keeping the energy high and the crowd engaged.
  
  What truly set DJ cavin James apart was their ability to read the room and adapt to our guests' preferences, seamlessly shifting between genres and tempos to keep everyone delighted.

  DJ Cavin HIGHLY recommend

  We had the absolute pleasure of having DJ Cavin perform at my brother’s wedding, and I can’t recommend him highly enough! From the moment the first track played, the dance floor was packed, and the energy was electric all night long. He perfectly read the crowd, transitioning seamlessly between genres and keeping guests of all ages engaged and dancing. He was incredibly professional, easy to communicate with, and tailored the playlist to include all our special requests while adding his own creative flair. Thanks to DJ Cavin, my brother’s wedding was a night we’ll never forget!

  Cavin Is Amazing

  If we could rate more than 5 stars we would, DJ Cavin is truly amazing and would recommend him to anybody. All around great guy, very organized, amazing personality and he for sure knows how to keep people dancing all night long. We will definitely be using his services again in the future. Thanks again Cavin for a great night!

  Best DJ ever!!

  Cavin truly went above and beyond for our wedding to say the least. He was the MC as well as the DJ. He had amazing suggestions to get the party started and to keep our guests engaged the whole night. He was so organized and involved from day one and we couldn’t have imagined our day any better with a huge thanks to him! 100% recommend Cavin to anyone!!

  The best DJ and MC!

  We hired Cavin as an MC and DJ for our wedding.
  As an MC, Cavin was professional, funny, well spoken, and a crowd pleaser. He was mindful of keeping us in the loop for any changes (all minor) and to prepare us for the next item on the timeline. As a DJ, Cavin was everything and more we could have asked for. He is excellent at reading to room and playing songs to fit the vibe – keeping the dance floor bumping all night!
  From the moment we first started talking with Cavin all the way until our wedding day, he was very kind, accommodating, and listened to all of our requests.
  We couldn’t recommend Cavin enough!

  I was referred to Cavin to use as a wedding DJ for my daughter's wedding. After doing my research and looking at all the reviews I chose Cavin to be the DJ for the wedding. WOW am I ever glad that I did, Cavin's professionalism is outstanding. We also hired him for our Emcee, in which he had thoroughly entertained our guests by playing some amazing games in which they are still talking about. Additionally, he helped us make a timeline of the evening and he even coordinated with our photographer during the evening so they were prepared for the best photos. Thank you Cavin!
