  Hurricane Lee Wedding

  Mike did an awesome job for our day! He provided the music for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. He found the perfect versions of songs that we wanted, and kept everyone on the dance floor all night until the lights turned on. I don’t know how he does it, but he can read a crowd perfectly. I have had guests tell me they have never danced as much at a wedding as they did that night. He was so organized, and checked in with us frequently over the last few months before the wedding. Highly recommend him if he’s available! You won’t regret it!

  Solid DJ: responsive, professional and with good judgement

  Mike did a great job DJing our wedding. He set up a good playlist for the dancing portion of it, with a standard playlist of hits mixed with both our requests and requests by text message from our guests. He also did all the music for the ceremony, and the time in between the two when we were taking our wedding photos.
  
  Outside of music, he managed all the audio setup himself, bringing some solid speakers, dance floor lights, and a wireless microphone and mic stand, which we used for everything from the ceremony to the announcements. He made sure we were always solidly and comfortably audible!
  
  He struck a really good balance between accommodating our requests—some of which were a little unusual: I sang as part of our first dance—and just handling on his own the parts we were less opinionated on (like the overall background music playlist).
  
  Overall, highly recommended, and friendly to boot!

  The best of the best

  Mike was the best DJ this dancing bride could have ever asked for. He took all requests, respected the do not play and "please play" list.
  He was SO aware of what kept people moving and grooving and kept the energy high. We had so many compliments on how wonderful Mike was, from staff at our venue and our guests. Highly recommend this kind, wonderful and extremely fun gentleman. You will not regret it!

  Amazing service

  DJ Brooks was there at set-up and stayed until the end of the event. Very friendly and professional. Was able to accommodate all songs requested and created a great environment and list of songs. Had people on the dance floor all night.

  Mike was a welcome addition to our wedding party. He was very thorough in his research of our wants and needs and he met our every expectation.

  Mike had our schedule perfectly planned. He was friendly and approachable. If he played something that did not get a response he quickly changed it up He was the heartbeat of our party.

  Best DJ Ever!!!

  Absolutely the best DJ around! We are a mature couple who got married in September 2022. Mike was excellent to deal with, and asks extensive questions so he would know how to read the room on our wedding day. Mike played pre-ceremony music, all the wedding music, reception music and then the dance music. From the minute the dance music started, Mike had the dance floor full for the entire night. Our guests kept complimenting us on how much fun they had dancing the night away. We highly recommend Mike, he is a great guy with incredible talent. Thanks again Mike. We will definitely book you for any future events, as well as recommend you to everyone! It was a magical evening. Cheers Heather & Paul

  Amazing DJ for our Wedding

  Mike was absolutely incredible. He went above and beyond both leading up to and on our special day. He was super responsive and we felt like he took into account such specific requests to make our day magical. He often replied immediately with great suggestions and was super organized. He was awesome at blending mine and my partner's different cultures, as requested, and played a perfect variety of music! His songs were on point for our ceremony as well. Mike is easy to work with, flexible, and so nice! Thank you Mike for all you've done! You're awesome and we'd highly recommend Mike to any and all couples!
