Wedding DJ

We hired Mike, because we had been to many parties with him as the DJ. We choose him because his variety of music! He is very professional, super quick with responses. He was very easy to work with and made sure that everything lined up. He did awesome, and had everyone on the dance floor all night long. Can't wait for our next party with you DJ Brooks

Summer Wedding

We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ! Mike was amazing from start to finish - professional, easy to work with, and so much fun. He made the whole event flow perfectly and kept the dance floor packed all night. It honestly felt like we had known him forever! We had many of our guests ask what service we used, and we were happy we got to point them in Mike's direction.
We’re so grateful for the energy he brought to our wedding. Highly recommend, 10/10!

Wedding sept 2025

Mike was the DJ for our wedding ceremony and reception in September 2025. We would highly recommend him for your event or wedding! He was very responsive to emails, and had everyone on the dance floor all night!

Master of Parties

There is not enough space to sing all of Mike’s praises! He was incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive during the planning process. He showed up early for the big day, was extremely thoughtful in the pre-ceremony music (playing my favourite artist when he knew I’d entered the building and was waiting for the ceremony to start). Weeks later, and our guests are still raving about the dance floor, even requesting a playlist from him to relive the big day again. 11/10 Mike - you were the best!

A Great DJ!

Mike was very responsive and easy to deal with before the wedding. He played great music at the ceremony, dinner, and kept the party going at the dance. Great guy who I'd recommend to anyone needing a DJ. Thanks Mike!

Hurricane Lee Wedding

Mike did an awesome job for our day! He provided the music for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. He found the perfect versions of songs that we wanted, and kept everyone on the dance floor all night until the lights turned on. I don’t know how he does it, but he can read a crowd perfectly. I have had guests tell me they have never danced as much at a wedding as they did that night. He was so organized, and checked in with us frequently over the last few months before the wedding. Highly recommend him if he’s available! You won’t regret it!

Solid DJ: responsive, professional and with good judgement

Mike did a great job DJing our wedding. He set up a good playlist for the dancing portion of it, with a standard playlist of hits mixed with both our requests and requests by text message from our guests. He also did all the music for the ceremony, and the time in between the two when we were taking our wedding photos.

Outside of music, he managed all the audio setup himself, bringing some solid speakers, dance floor lights, and a wireless microphone and mic stand, which we used for everything from the ceremony to the announcements. He made sure we were always solidly and comfortably audible!

He struck a really good balance between accommodating our requests—some of which were a little unusual: I sang as part of our first dance—and just handling on his own the parts we were less opinionated on (like the overall background music playlist).

Overall, highly recommended, and friendly to boot!

Our reception was amazing, highly recommend Brooks DJ entertainment. Mike was very accommodating and reasonable; and we partied until they shut us down!
