We hired Chris for our wedding on October 11 2019 and he exceeded all of our expectations! He DJ’d and MC’d our entire wedding reception and did a fantastic job. He managed to keep the party going and everyone dancing all night, while still taking lots of requests. We had numerous compliments on the music and the party from all of our guests! I would hire Chris again in a heartbeat for any event, he is a true professional! -

What an amazing day. It was my daughter’s wedding, and we hired Briscoe Music to DJ for us. It was incredible. Chris read the vibe of the room perfectly and delivered a night that left everyone smiling. The dance floor was packed right until the end.
When it comes to flexibility, he went above and beyond—my daughter reached out less than a month before the wedding, and Chris still found a way to fit her in. Throughout the night, countless guests came up to me asking for his contact information.
I can’t thank Chris enough. I highly recommend him. -

Chris provided exactly what we needed to make our wedding day the best!
He met with us early on to get a vision for what we wanted for the day. He helped up get set up on the app so we could start choosing songs and blocking out sections of the wedding (section for ceremony, section for cocktail hour, etc). This helped us really understand how the whole event would go and made it easier for us to know what songs we wanted to choose.
For things we weren't so sure about, Chris made excellent recommendations such as timing of events and good song selections. Even on the wedding day itself, he suggested some minor tweaks that maybe other DJ's wouldn't care about, but Chris did because you could tell it was his passion to get the details right. His equipment is high quality and that was a huge relief to not have to worry about interfacing with venue equipment or lighting, he brought it all!
The one big thing we wanted for our wedding was an awesome time on the dance floor, and Chris *expertly* selected the right songs and kept the energy up when it was needed. We and our guests had an absolute blast and the time of our life!
Chris, thank you so much for making our wedding day an absolute dream of a day!! -

I unfortunately can’t recommend Chris. We choose him as our DJ + MC based on all the excellent reviews we heard about him online. We felt like we got a completely different person for our wedding. He was at the top of our budget and more expensive than other DJ’s we received quotes for so very disappointed with what we ended up getting.
Overall as a DJ he was good, a few mishaps with accidentally unplugging his set twice during dancing and occasionally a weird mix where he cut out good parts of the song but overall good and people were dancing.
The MC portion is where things went so wrong and if you hire him as a DJ I recommend having a friend or family member do the MC part.
For our grand entrance he got my wife’s name wrong. He announced us as Daniel and Nicole instead of Daniel and Natalie. He had spoken to us multiple times before hand and was given the timeline info + documents. He tried to do a redo but didn’t do it well so footage couldn’t be used for video.
For my step mom and dad’s speech, he announced it as mom and dad even though the documents given to him stated step mom and dad.
For sibling speech I wrote our their names and he didn’t read them out either and seemed confused by it
Almost skipped cake cutting we had to stop him and let him know we needed to do that.
I had to get our videographer to cut out basically all of his MCing due to mistakes / confusion.
Overall he just felt very unprepared even though we were organized and gave all the time line info and what not to him in advance. He was friendly and apologetic but as a professional vendor and the most expensive DJ quote we got I unfortunately cannot recommend him.
