  Wonderful, Sheldon went above and beyond for us

  Sheldon had literally every thing we needed and more! He gave us ideas as to how to decorate our venue and went as far as giving us the contact info to available venues when we lost ours.

  Best Lighting Experience

  I found information on Infinite Event Services through a Bridal Expo. I contacted a few different companies, however Sheldon Fingler at Infinite was the only one to respond. He replied so quickly every time I emailed him, and when we met with him in person he was so delightful to chat with, very knowledgeable, and really took his time to get to know us – something we can’t say about other vendors we did look at where we couldn’t even find someone to speak with who knew anything about lighting.
  
  The cost of the lights we did rent was incomparable to other rental places, it was so much more affordable, and things like extension cords were included as well, not an add-on. Regardless of the price, however, the customer service with Infinite Event Services was just so much greater than any other place we visited, that we would have chosen them over anyone else even if it were pricier!
  
  We picked up and set up the lights, and it was all very easy for us to do on our own, everything was there and the lights were set to the correct colours as requested. There was a little hiccup with the receptionist finding our order at first on pick up day, but otherwise, everything went swimmingly and the lights really added that extra atmosphere for our wedding. Highly recommended.

  Great customer service

  We rented chairs for our wedding reception from Infinite Events, and were very satisfied! Sheldon and the team at Infinite were incredibly responsive and welcoming; they would reply quickly to any questions by email, and took their time showing us our inventory options when we visited their facility. We found the customer service, and selection, to be better than many of the larger special event rental companies in the city. The chairs themselves were priced very well, looked wonderful, and really took the room to another level. Delivery & pickup was perfect and problem-free. Really a great experience, and thankful to have hired such a professional, reliable, and wonderful company.

  My Wedding Day

  The staff were super responsive. They were on time, and were flexible with time. Due to COVID at the beginning of my planning, we were not sure we could have the ceremony room and reception room the day before. Or due to bookings. But they told me they would accommodate either way. One mishap with payment occurred, but again, they were timely with their response. I would recommend this company to anyone and any occasion. Thank you Infinite Event Services!!!

  Highly recommend!

  You would be crazy not to hire Sheldon and his Team to help you with your wedding. We had an amazing experience starting from the first meeting we had with him just talking about getting ready for the wedding. I can honestly say they blew it out of the water from the decorations, to the set up, photo booth, DJ. The photo booth was epic, all of the guests absolutely loved it! We hired Sheldon as the DJ this is also a must he rocked it, everyone was on the dance floor all night, I don't think I left it once...well maybe to get a drink ;) Seriously I never do reviews but for this company how could you not, I can say they made the wedding ROCK and it looked fabulous!! THANK YOU SHELDON!!

  Great Rental Services!

  We were put in touch with Sheldon by our wedding coordinator Olivia about a week before our wedding. Due to covid restrictions we had to change reception venues and were now in need of tables and chairs for the evening. Sheldon was very prompt in communication and was extremely accommodating, considering our day was already pretty packed with weddings and events.   Great Service

  Sheldon was so easy to work with and he dealt with the many changes and adjustments we needed to make for our wedding due to COVID. His team came to set up the tent quickly and efficiently and he was a pleasure to work with! Will be using him to rent for next year's reception as well!
