Deborah does a good job. She has the personality of a very friendly professional artist. She shares her creative vision and she delivers when you can get her the time and measurements she needs. If you need to transform a space into something better, she's your lady.

I went to Debra in February for my wedding august 27th meeting with Debra I finally thought I could relax and everything would be ok she promised so much and said I wouldn’t have to worry….. I paid all my deposits we met chatted about an assortment of ideas was promised a animated preview(never got) promised my vision would be very close if not similar. SO NOT THE CASE

Less then a month before my wedding we had our walk through with the hall there was some issues with set up tear down times but they got sorted not a big deal… well so I thought!

The day before my wedding I get a call from my hall coordinator that Debra was asked many times from March on to show proof of her insurance for decorating ceilings she had not provided it and was told please present it the day of. Day of arrived she showed up unprepared didn’t have documents and could not provide the necessary documents to be able to decorate over head. Debra also called and told me 3 of her staff members had Covid also

The coordinator had to call and finally got another company to come in and do the ceiling work and fix many different things.

Very unprofessional my back drop wasn’t how it was suppose to be she told me she couldn’t provide some items asked if I could which that was fine the ceiling couldn’t be done by her my arch wasn’t how it was suppose to be I was in full panic mode and so upset thinking nothing was going to be done the only thing Debra did was provide the entrance hall it was the way it was suppose to be but that was the only thing done right. If it wasn’t for the company that had to come in (a design) and the stay at Fort Henry and by town catering I don’t even know what would have happened.

If your up for broken promises anxiety attacks (the day before you wedding) crushed ice is defiantly the place to hire… for something that is suppose to be so special and hired out and paid for you shouldn’t have to worry I’d never recommend crushed ice!
