    Beautiful decor and amazing team !

    Working with Cinderella Slip Ons was fun, professional and met all our needs on budget. The final event looking beautiful and had everything we asked for and more. From Day 1 this team was there to answer all our concerns and requests and provided some extra/great suggestions. Highly recommend working with this vendor :)

    love love love!

    made our day so beautiful and went by seamlessly! was so refreshing to not have to worry about a thing or tiny detail because they think of everything! would use them for every event over and over again! love love love!

    The best coordinator ever!

    Cinderella Slip-Ons is pure class and our wedding wouldn’t have gone smoothly without Tracey! 9 days before our wedding we had no napkins and Tracey being the amazing problem solver she is, went out of her way to bring us napkins for our 150 guest wedding! She was always calm, cool and collected and no matter any problem that came up she was always there to help us solve it! Our day was perfect and we are so happy we chose Tracey! Our day wouldn’t have been the same without her (:

    Beautiful Venue

    Great through out planning. Accommodating and flexible with the constantly changing COVID restrictions. Last minute change in wedding day coordinator, broken bathrooms and privacy concerns were the downsides. Beautiful venue, would recommend confirming things are in working order :)

    An Unforunately Negative Experience

    Tracy boasts on her website about working as a wedding planner for over 20 years, a feat to be sure and she wouldn't be around if she wasn't capable nonetheless good at her job. Unfortunately, my fiance and I had a surprisingly negative experience with her and while we would not say that you *must* stay away from her, there are some things that we would recommend before beginning business with her. To clarify however, this is not a review being left by a disgruntled former client, by no means. There are however some 'bumbs' in the road that we encountered and would like to highlight for those coming after us.

    Firstly, Tracy was very quick to business (which I really enjoyed) and we quickly started organizing dates for planning decorations and scouting venues. However, in the 2-or-so weeks we were doing business, she had never offered a formal contract for us to sign to formalize our arrangement before she terminated our relationship.

    Second, I would recommend keeping notes of what is communicated in your interactions with Tracy as a few important points were forgotten in our exchanges and resulted in a series of unfortunate events. As time went further in our exchanges with Tracy, more and more instances occurred where she claimed 1 of 2 things: 1) we failed to communicate certain details or 2) she had explicitly made certain requests of us. These claims were either evidently false given a quick referral back to previous emails or forgotten details from verbal communications.

    3) Another detail I would note is the tone Tracy can have. She comes off like a 'no-nonsense' type when on the job (a quality I quite respect, I should add). However, Tracy's tone in later emails became increasingly angry. This is the part where I should note that this is not likely to be representative of everyone's experiences given the peculiar circumstances we found ourselves in. However, this led to bizarre comments like referring to the production of invoices as 'courtesies' rather than standard fair.

    This was no doubt an exceptional circumstance that (and I'm sure Tracy would agree with this) represents a career low. For what it is worth, I do not think it is likely that you will have a similar experience with Tracy. However, my 2 parting words of advice are: make sure paperwork is presented in full early-on & keep a proper record of interactions both over email and in person.

From start to finish you will have confidence in Tracey and her team will provide everything from decor, to rentals and set up as well as day of coordination. You won't be disappointed!

    Tracey is amazing!!

    10/10 would recommend hiring Tracey and her team to make your day as beautiful as you could ever hope for or imagine! Everything was so beautiful on our special day and Tracey made the planning and decorating entirely stress free. It was so amazing to roll up to the venue on the day of the wedding and not have to worry about setting anything up, or take anything down at the end of the night. 100% worth every penny!

    Best money spent

    Brides if you are getting married during COVID you need a decorator!

    Tracey became a friend this year. She cares so much about her clients and is so flexible. We waited 2 weeks out for final guest numbers and she worked with it. We had originally planned 130 person wedding at Chilliwack Golf club. They were doing an all inclusive package at the time and that’s when we were introduced to Tracey. My fiancé and I had a great time planning our wedding with her. When the pandemic hit the golf club wasn’t able to do our package anymore and we were set to get married this year.
    I called Tracey and asked if she would move to a different location for our 35 person wedding and she was excited and on board. We had a ceremony location and a reception location and she took care of both. She took care of set up and take down.
    She was easy to talk to And worked with me with every Covid change.
    Thank you Tracey for everything and making my day special.

    Great. Very responsive and professional

    This vendor is great! They are flexible and adaptive to your vision of your decor. They have lots of elements to choose from and the outcome was absolutly stunning

    Great experience

    Tracey was wonderful from our first meeting. She is so upbeat and positive, and wanted to make our wedding as beautiful as possible! She listened to us and produced exactly what we wanted, and everything turned out perfectly, within our limited budget! Highly recommend!
