Working with Ritz was awesome- they are so experienced that it made our day go so much more smooth than we could have imagined. They were able to work around some of the unique quirks of our day and they made amazing food! The dinner was better than we expected and we are so happy with our choice to use Ritz for our wedding. -

The amount of compliments we got on the quality and selection of food Ritz provided was staggering. Everyone had glowing things to say.
Truly, everything was hot, fresh, and delicious, which I have to think is tough to pull off at a reception for close to 100 people.
Their cooking made our day feel more special. With other options we tried out, it really seemed like you had to pick between value and quality, but we really felt like we got both here. We're telling everyone about them.
A gold star goes to the chef who was cutting the beef in-person for our guests. It gave the meal such a sense of theatre. The entire staff was so good at their job and overall, they were a huge part of what made our night successful. Hire with confidence!

We did a tasting with them, then hired them for our wedding - it was that good! Chef Stu was friendly, approachable, and very considerate. It was so easy to communicate with the office leading up to the wedding. They were very organized and clearly experienced caterers. All of our guests raved about the yummy food and we hope our friends use them as caterers in the future :) -

Ritz catering came highly recommended to us by many friends and family and they delivered. All our guests raved about the food. It was delicious. We got appetizers dinner dessert and late night taco buffet. Their were many options. Service was quick organized. We didn’t run out of anything. The staff were amazing, kind and caring. Everything ran smoothly. We had the elaborate orchid package and elaborate dessert. The dessert cakes were lovely and we received many compliments on it. No complaints whatsoever. Lots of people said it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. Extremely good value. -

You killed it chef Stu!!!! The food was absolutely fantastic. My mother in law is celiac and they accommodated that no problem. Planning a covid wedding was stressful. Chef Stu and Sarah made it super easy for us. Definitely not their first rodeo. I can't get over how good the food was. We are so happy we had left overs! Thanks again guys! -

Ritz was recommended to us through our venue, the UBC Boathouse, and we are so glad they did. Ritz was wonderful to work with and were super accommodating to several dietary restrictions. Our dinner was phenomenal, and a highlight according to many of our guests. -

The food was 10/10 customer service was 10/10. There was nothing I was disappointed about at all. I had tasted their food at another wedding and knew instantly I needed them at my wedding. We did appys, dinner and than a late night snack, we chose poutine and it was a huge hit.
