Must have catering!

Personal Touch Catering did an outstanding job! Not only was the food to die for, but the staff were friendly, polite and on top of everything! Our guests raved about how good the food was!

Food was Okay - Service not Great

The food so-so. Some dishes were very good, others were bland and dry.
When I committed to using Peronsal Touch and when we did our taste test, we were assured that they included drinking water for the tables in their service. I was then told less than a week before my wedding they did NOT include water - they ended up providing the water, but not without making me feel as if it were my fault, or they were doing me a favour. This isn't a favour, this is basic service. I then asked in an email if they would serve the cake even though it was made by my uncle, and they assured me they would. On the day-of they made a big deal about this and at first refused. They hadn't brought any dessert plates, so my groomsmen had to go out and buy some. They then tried to tell me they never agreed to serve the cake even though I (still) have it in an email.

Easy to work with

They made our day so much easier. They were more than willing to accommodate any and all of our requests. They offered a lot of suggestions and advice on difficult decisions. They have a lot of stock on hand for decorations that you can choose to use and save some extra money! We’re an absolute pleasure to deal with.

The talk of the night!

Everyone at our wedding was talking about the food and how good it tasted, how creative the idea of bar stations was (April's idea), and how customizable it was to make every dish unique to how the guest wanted. I'm so glad and relieved that it was such a hit. Food is such a vital part to a wedding, and all of our guests were clearly impressed.

Amazing experience with Personal Touch

I hired Personal Touch Catering for our wedding in September and they did not disappoint! They provided delicious food while accommodating dietary restrictions, all for a very reasonable price. They provide great value and all of our guests enjoyed their meals. April is great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone!

Delicious food and great service!

We are so happy with Personal Touch! The food was absolutely delicious, the service was friendly and reliable, and they are a refreshingly affordable choice for quality wedding catering!
We got the BBQ package and loved how flexible they were with options for everything. We were really able to make each part of the meal reflect our preferences, which did not seem to be the case with other wedding caterers.

Fabulous wedding catered experience!

Outstanding wedding BBQ meal package! Fresh food (meats) cooked on-site, hot entrées at time of meal, flexibility with a substitution and leaving evening sandwich trays with coffe and tea urns to be picked up next business day....very ideal! Very warm n friendly staff! 100% recommend and hope to use service again!

Catering Services

Kevin and April Sendel were fantastic when catering my wedding. The food was amazing; my guests still haven't stopped talking about it. The staff was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company for any event you may have.

Great food served by fantastic staff

Personal touch catered our 85 guest wedding and it was spectacular. The food was amazing and the after hours late night poutine bar was an absolute hit with the guests. The bar was well stocked and easily served everyone all night long however there was a small hiccup when they temporarily ran out of change for the cash bar but quickly resolved the issue. Overall a wonderful experience at a great value. Highly recommended.

Efficient, friendly, professional service

Provided plated dinner service for 119 guests in a Venue that does not have commercial kitchen facilities. The service was quick, friendly, and professionally done. April was flexible to meet our preferences for dinner options, even used a recipe we provided to her for a vegetarian option. The food was good, never heard any complaints from guests about their meals, overall well done!
