Gourmandissimo Catering and Fine Foods is owned & operated by Gilles and Adriana Roche, who are full service caterers committed to providing outstanding service and menus to make your wedding day as joyous and memorable as possible. Gilles and Adriana can help you organize your wedding reception or take care of it entirely themselves seeing to the setup, cleaning, staffing, etc. A French chef and pastry chef extraordinaire, Adriana can design a wedding cake as delicious as it is beautiful.

Services offered

The business offers what is a rather popular wedding menu and makes every effort to use seasonal and local produce whenever possible. The menu can be customized to meet the happy couples' specific tastes, of course. Bar service is also on offer, as the business is licensed for liquor. Clients can ask for bartender service only or have Gourmandissimo cover drinks and bar service.

Cuisine

The cuisine is undoubtedly French, with a few Mediterranean influences. For example, strip loin au jus, lemon and thyme roasted chicken, ratatouille, Mediterranean orzo pasta salad are but a sampling from their wedding menu. Yet rest assured, Gourmandissimo will gladly work with all clients on a custom menu for their event.
