Tanya of Culinary Contessa was completely professional, helpful and flexible throughout the planning process of our wedding menu to set up in the kitchen, to serving of the food.
Tanya and her assistant Amanda were helpful and friendly, including dashing out after dinner to pick up some forgotten desserts we had missed picking up in town, and without hesitation.
The food was absolutely delicious with organic salad with a delicious dressing, organic penne with garlic and basil and cheese tortellini with pesto garlic and basil, on to beef with satin sauce, seasonal veggies seasoned with butter and herb, potato with garlic and herbs and a medley of grilled veggies.
We loved the food as did our guests, we had 6 or 7 vegetarians who were very pleased with the menu.
I would use Culinary Contessa again to cater and highly recommend them, they made our day stress free.

Tanya and her team were unbelievable in their service, professionalism and the absolute quality of their food! It was so unbelievably delicious!

As a bride, I felt no concern and knew with confidence that Tanya and her team would deliver. They surpassed our expectations for service.

I would highly recommend Tanya and Culinary Contessa!
