Our guests raved at the food, they loved the Beet Salad the most. And the desserts were so delectable. We ordered the Premium and added Salmon to the menu too. Everything was delicious. -

We hired the Curbside Food Truck for our wedding. Communication was flawless everything was laid out for us with our options and pricing. Was such an easy process. The food was amazing, our guests couldn't stop talking about the choices and the quality of the food. They were very efficient with delivering the food as well, no crazy long waits. My husband was asking where he could find them to get another crispy chicken sandwich! Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication! -

We cannot say enough amazing things about A Cappella Catering and their incredible team! From start to finish, their communication was flawless and their professionalism unmatched. For our wedding, they handled absolutely everything—from setup to tear down—making the entire process seamless and stress-free.
We opted for a buffet-style dinner, and every single dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The desserts were absolutely heavenly—guests are still raving about how delicious everything was! On top of that, we also ordered their continental breakfast for the morning of, which was just as spectacular and the perfect way to start our big day.
Melissa and her team at A Cappella Catering truly deliver both exceptional quality and unbeatable value. They are, without a doubt, among the best in the business, and we are so grateful to have had them as part of our wedding day. Highly, highly recommend! -

I emailed the owner 2 months before our tasting to notify her our wedding date had changed, she responded quickly and said the date was still available at this time. Therefore we purchased tickets for a tasting evening in Edmonton (we’re from Calgary). On the day of the tasting I was no longer sure if I had mentioned the wedding day change. When I called their front desk, the employee told me my name was still written under the wrong wedding date and did not know if my new wedding date was available. I tried to call three more times and left a voicemail but got no answers. So we went to Edmonton anyways for the tasting as we’re running out of time to find catering. Upon arrival I asked the employee running the tasting night to please ask someone if my new wedding date was still available as I would like to know before I sit down for dinner tonight. We told her that in total we will have done 6hrs of driving for this tasting tonight and took a day off work to be here not to mention 25$ in parking and 60$ ticket for the dinner. She never got back to us with an answer and quickly urged us inside for the tasting instead.
The charcuterie they served tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. The crackers were stale the cheese was crusted. We didn’t like any of the desserts and they didn’t bring enough for everyone to try them all. The cookies on the dessert table were soggy. When we asked if they could bring out an extra chocolate mousse for us to try we got told “it’s just a chocolate mousse, we don’t have anymore left”. Coming to a taste you expect the caterer to try and impress you…
Safe to say we won’t be going with this catering company. -

We had A Capella catering do my engagement party and we absolutely loved everything that they brought! Because it was a smaller and more casual event we went with the hor d'oeuvres menu and the hardest part was having to stop eating! The food was delicious, there was something for everyone from the pickiest eaters to those with allergies as well. I would absolutely recommend them for anyone looking for a caterer, and will be using them for my wedding in November as well! -

We hired A Cappella catering for our wedding. Their food was amazing, was hot and ready to serve, and tasted great. All our guests commented on how great the food was. There were just a few problems with quantity of a few items. We added on perogies for an extra cost per person. At least a quarter of our guests did not get any perogies. I'm not sure if they just had enough for one per person, but many guests took more than one, including me. We also ran out of caesar salad very quickly. I assumed they would have refilled the bowl once it ran out, but they did not. Also, the slaw we taste tested at our tasting was not the same that was served. The one that was served was just coleslaw from a bag, not as good at all. If I would have known this about the salads I would have ordered double caesar salad and no slaw. A Cappella has delicious food, there were just a few issue with the quantity of some items. -

This company is AMAZING!! I had nothing but a good experience working with them. They were one of the only companies that got back to me with a quote within a day. Anytime I emailed, I received a response that same day. I wasn’t sure what to expect, as we didn’t do a tasting but once I saw the beautiful professional set up on the day I was blown away. I received nothing but compliments on the food (brisket). The staff was amazing to work with during the event and I couldn’t be happier. It’s great to know the money you spent is worth it! Couldn’t recommend them more for your event. -

The food was amazing and guests could not stop talking about it. We barely had any leftovers because people kept going back for more. It was so good. They were super easy to work with and took care of everything for us on the day of so we didn't have to worry about anything! The quality of service was top notch!
