I recently had the pleasure of working with The Cake Box in Kitchener for our wedding cake, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From the very beginning, Jessica the owner was incredibly helpful and attentive, and ensuring that our vision for the cake was brought to life. She is a true artist! For our consultation/cake testing we were immediately drawn to Jessica’s passion for her and her beautiful bake shop. There were so many flavors to choose from and Jessica was a wonderful guide throughout the process. The cake itself was not only stunningly beautiful but also absolutely delicious. It was the centerpiece of our reception, and our guests couldn't stop raving about it! The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the texture was moist and delightful. The attention to detail in the design was remarkable, reflecting our wedding theme beautifully. What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. The Cake Box team made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free, from the initial consultation to the delivery on our big day. They really went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. We opted for a two-tier cake with white buttercream icing. The bottom tier was lemon blueberry and the top tier was mint chocolate. Both flavours were delicious, and the cake was gorgeous. We dropped off some flowers at the bakery the day before the wedding, and when we saw the cake the next day, we couldn't have been happier with how it turned out. The customer service was excellent as well. -

When it came to our wedding desserts, Cake Box did NOT disappoint! The most difficult part of our cake tasting was that we wanted every flavour they provided! Cake Box created our wedding cake, cupcakes for our 75 guests, and our football cookie wedding favours to go with our reception theme. I'm secretly happy we had some leftovers to enjoy the next day, because everything looked and tasted amazing. Huge thank you to Jessica and the entire Cake Box team! -

Working with the Cake Box was the best decision ever! The initial meeting was very informative and we were shown multiple different options for designs. The flavours they offer are out of this world delicious (we went with lemon-blueberry, chocolate caramel and carrot cake) and we got to take some home for taste testing before making a final decision. They also were able to provide us with Gluten free and Vegan cake options which were critical for us. Our cake was very simple, accenting a family heirloom of cake tiers, but it was nothing short of stunning. Very affordable and delicious, there wasn't a single piece left!!! -

We hired the Cake Box to create our wedding cake and cupcakes. From the start, it was a great experience. The complimentary tasting allowed us to choose which flavours we wanted to offer and for a very reasonable price CakeBox delivered and set up our beautiful cake table. Not only was the service amazing, but the cake and cupcakes themselves were so decadent and delicious! I look forward to ordering from them again for our one-year anniversary! -
