  Mitchel’s made me a fabulous cake for my wedding! I had wanted a more wild/woodsy feel, rather than bling or flowers. And they really respected the way I wanted the cake to look. It turned out just how I had imagined. I found choosing a baker tough, because I’d seen so many cakes that focused on aesthetics/fondant layers at the expense of taste -- expensive and not actually tasty to eat. I really wanted my guests to eat the wedding cake.
  
  My favorite part of the process was getting to take home samples in cupcake form of our flavor options. We ended up choosing three tiers, with two different flavors (chocolate, & red velvet). There was nothing but compliments and guests were taking home additional pieces in carrying containers. We brought the top tier home, but then had it with family the next day and the entire thing is eaten! Brent and Pamela provided quality work, with competitive pricing, great taste, and a personal touch.

  Best Wedding Cake Ever!

  Mitchel's Cakes made our wedding cake for our wedding last weekend, and it was seriously the best cake we've ever had in our lives! Each layer was a different flavour, and it was 3 tiers. It looked exactly how we wanted it too as well, and it was delivered on time. Definitely book them for your wedding or event - absolutely worth the money!

  Beautiful wedding cake, delicious, and absolutely professional and amazing communication!

  I cannot recommend Mitchel’s Cakes enough. They were very professional, had great and fast communication, were amazing to work with, and made/delivered the most beautiful and delicious cake for our wedding. Will be recommending them to anyone needing a cake or getting married .

  Dream Wedding Buttercream Wedding Cake

  I've ordered several cakes from Mitchel's in the past for big life events so getting our wedding cake from them was no different. We ended up choosing a 3 tier for our main wedding cake with maple (5") , lemon with raspberry filling (8") and marble cake (12") and carrot cake without nuts (8") and cream cheese frosting for the grooms cake.
  
  We asked for a cake large enough to serve approximately 100 guests and it was the perfect amount. Our venue did slice our cake and they were larger than a typical cake serving slice as well! The cake was absolutely delicious, great flavour and crumb to the cake especially the maple and carrot cake!
  
  There was great communication with Brent and was prompt to answer any of my questions I had throughout the process. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a delicious buttercream cake!

  Delicious Cake!

  Delicious cake! Me and my husband ordered the coconut and carrot cake from mitchels, I’m personally not a carrot cake kind of person but mitchel’s cake managed to change my mind! Everyone at the wedding wouldn’t stop getting seconds cause it was so good! And the service is amazing and delivered right on schedule!

  So happy we went with Mitchel's Cake and Dessert Co.

  Our cake by Mitchel's Cake and Dessert Company was delicious and beautiful! We received many compliments from our guests about how the cake looked and tasted fantastic. Also, we loved that we had the option to choose two different flavours for our wedding cake, which worked out perfectly since my husband and I had two different favourite flavours when we went to our tasting. The whole process of choosing a design and ordering a cake was effortless, as Mitchel’s Cake and Dessert Company handled everything from start to finish. They delivered the cake to our venue and set it up as well. We didn’t have to lift a finger! I highly recommend going with Mitchel’s Cake and Dessert Company!

  Brent and his wife made us a wonderful cake for our big wedding day on July 8th! We had a 3 tiered 3 different flavoured cake and they all tasted great and the guests loved it! The consultation and the cake tasting also went very well and he was very detailed about what we could expect. The flower placement was also very nice, thankyou. Would recommend. Many thanks!

  Great looking cake!!

  Ordered a Chanel cake for my wife birthday and even though it’s a bit far of a drive to pick up it was all well worth it. The cake design was amazing and it tasted great, the kids loved it and more importantly the wife was enjoying the cake as well. Highly recommend Mitchel’s Cake!!!
