One Stop Shop with Above and Beyond Service

Our wedding coordinator Courtney was amazing!! The whole experience was seamless start to finish. Easy to fill out spreadsheets for music choices, seating charts and all the rest. Courtney delivered on every promise and made sure the expectations of the venue and venue staff were realistic. The rooftop ceremony had beautiful views, the food was amazing and Courtney handled any hiccups we had (guests showing up that didn’t RSVP) with ease and made sure I wasn’t stressed out about it.

So many things went towards our minimum spend which was awesome, it was very affordable for a mountain wedding. The DJ was amazing, our guests raved about the meal and the bartending staff was efficient. We had as perfect of a day as we had imagined and couldn’t have asked for a better day!

The Vista really went above and beyond and communicated all the items out of their control to us ahead of time to make sure we were aware which we appreciated. The views were gorgeous and I would say it is a fantastic place to get married.

Beautiful but Disappointing!

The location is great. The wedding coordinator was helpful but we kept hearing over and over again that because they don’t own the building almost everything was out of their control. And that’s where they leave it. Building not finished - oh sorry not our fault. Outside looks like a construction zone / actually was a construction zone with excavators and safety fences and oranges cones littered everywhere - oh sorry not our fault. No compensation for broken promises just the excuse we can’t do anything we don’t own the building. It’s a lovely location but so are other completed venues in Canmore. If you go with them make sure you get what they promise you in writing and what will happen if they can’t live up to those promises other than “sorry it’s out of our control” The wedding was great but the excavators in every wedding photo will live forever. Cornerstones’ response “sorry not our fault”
