Beautiful ceremony
We had a small ceremony here before we headed to our reception. It was the perfect amount of time and space for our small guest count, felt the rate was fair as well. Portraits in the space turned out beautiful as well. Nice to be surrounded by greenery any time of the year. Be sure to get a mic if the fans are running however otherwise people will have a hard time hearing. -

Almost too good to be true!
The price point for booking the Muttart was a big selling factor for us, we couldn’t believe how affordable it was. The whole venue is just stunning and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how cool it was to go through the pyramids at the wedding. Everywhere you go there’s a perfect photo, because everything is picturesque. Megan, the coordinator, is a pro and we really didn’t miss not having a wedding planner because she made everything easy. Wade and Cafe Bloom were incredible to work with, and my biggest regret is not taking time to eat more of the delicious food (especially the perogies). I think this venue is a hidden gem and I 100% recommend it! -

Locked in catering
The Muttart is a beautiful place to have a wedding! It was magical and the staff were very accommodating. The only thing we didn’t love was that we HAD to use their caterer. I understand it’s their on-site partnered cafe, however that just meant that since we needed to use them, they could charge whatever they wanted. We found the catering to be on the expensive side, and the food was a bit lacking for the price charged. -

Beautiful Wedding
After months of planning it was wonderful to see how well the wedding went. All the staff were amazing and helpful and really took the pressure off. Any issues that could come up were mentioned in advance so we had time to have back up plans. Overall a beautiful experience. -

Attractive Exterior, Unattractive Treatment
Always dreamed getting married in the Muttart. Venue is beautiful especially the Tropical Pyramid. However the treatment we recieved from the staff... I'm just appalled. When you book on the weekend you have the pyramid from 4-4:30pm private use then 4:30-5pm public use. My husband and i were running late and arrived at 4:15pm from there the staff member that was there to assist us kept reminding that the doors were open to the public at 430 which was fine. However i didnt expect for that staff member to loudly ask my guests to get up from their seats and remove all the chairs, signing table during our ceremony. She even encouraged the public to walk through our ceremony. Could she have not waited 5 more minutes until the ceremony was finished? From there the staff just kept following us reminding us that they close exactly at 5pm. I told her that our coordinator Angela informed we could stay extra 10-15mins without charge but this staff person who refused to give her name or turn her name badge around kept telling us we need to leave at 5pm. I was able to get more photos with everyone but im just heartbroken of our treatment there. The $550 is not worth it. At least the muttart grounds were beautiful to take more photos. -

Great place for a low maintenance wedding
Booking was easy, price was good, scenery was amazing and the staff were excellent. Space is limited for guests, we had about 15 which was perfect. We got married in the tropical pyramid, which was beautiful, but I would recommend the temperate pyramid. Same lush scenery without the humidity. -

An amazing place for a wedding
My experience with the conservatory was excellent. The staff and coordinators there made it a great and free flowing experience for the wedding Ceremony. Only flaw was the feature pyramid was very humid, but no real complaints. -

The venue was beautiful however having the time to set up appropriately is really short. There would also be a benefit to having a storage room for décor the night prior for guests booking at the facility. It would also be nice if the lights were on fully in each of the pyramids in the evening as it gets dark and you are unable to see well. I was still very pleased with the reception space as were my guests.-

We held our reception at the Muttart in October 2015, and were very happy with the venue. The space comfortably held our guests and wedding party of around 100 people, and the pyramids provided a quiet space for guests to visit after the dancing started up. The team at the Muttart was going through some staff transition as we were planning our wedding, so while they were not always the fastest to respond to e-mails, they always replied within a couple of days with all the information we needed.
It is worth noting that they hold very firmly to restricting noise - any noise - outside the Conservatory after about 11 PM, as it is in a residential neighborhood, and I heard stories after the wedding of staff encouraging guests who were saying goodbyes at the entrance to be quiet. However, during the planning process and reception itself, the staff was helpful and professional towards myself, my fiance, and the wedding party. -
