We recently got married at Stewart Creek at the end of September 2025. We cannot say enough good things about the venue and staff. Taylor was the best coordinator we could have asked for and really made sure we had no stress on our day. She was responsive to our emails and even attended our rehearsal the day before our wedding to make sure everything was in hand.
We had our ceremony outside in the tent and at the end of September we were worried what the weather would be like. Taylor was very willing to make some last minute changes if we wanted to add coffee, tea, and hot chocolate to our drinks list a few days prior (if the weather was looking cold) to keep our guests warm. Luckily it wasn’t too cold but it was nice to know we had the option if needed! Taylor was at our ceremony and walked through where everyone needed to be and was able to cue everyone to walk down the aisle at the right time. She was truly fantastic - and added bonus that she was waiting outside the tent for us after our ceremony with a glass of champagne each!
Before booking Stewart Creek we read many reviews saying how fantastic the food is. We can certainly say this is true! The plated dinner was incredible! Many of our guests said it’s the best food they have had at a wedding. The service staff were also very attentive and we loved that they were making conversation with our guests and able to have a laugh with us.
The shuttle provided by Stewart Creek at the end of the night is also very helpful in getting guests back to their hotels safely, would highly recommend the service!
Overall, if you are looking for a wedding venue that is affordable but still in a beautiful setting in the mountains, we would highly recommend Stewart Creek. We had the most incredible wedding and it was largely thanks to Taylor and the venue staff for making our day so flawless! -

Long story short, our wedding day was magical. The Stewart Creek team worked tirelessly to ensure everything ran smoothly and that our guests had a great time. Taylor and Summer were wonderful to work with, and we feel so lucky to have met them. It’s difficult to plan a wedding in another city, but Taylor and Summer were responsive, helpful, and reassuring. From answering our endless questions, to setting up our reception decor, to sharing a moment with us before we walked down the aisle, we truly can’t thank these two enough.
The high level of professionalism at Stewart Creek is always apparent, and the staff are always welcoming and happy to help. The views and sights are spectacular, and overall there is just an atmosphere of love and joy.
This venue is worth every penny! -

Was a lovely spot for a wedding at any season! Our October wedding with met with cold temperatures and a little bit of snow, but the ceremony tent was perfect to keep guests warm and protected from any elements. What set this venue apart from the others was being able to have our dogs apart of the ceremony! Made the day even more special!
Throughout it all the planning, Taylor was extremely helpful with organizing all of our details and helped make the day a breeze! -

I cannot recommend this venue enough! First, it’s beautiful. From the outdoor tent space, to the indoor and balcony area. Second, their food is exceptional and the drinks are reasonably priced compared to other venues we looked at. Third, the staff are great. Our wedding coordinator Taylor answered all of my (many) questions and worked with us to accommodate where they could. The ceremony and reception spaces were set up exactly how I’d envisioned! As an added perk, they also put everything away at the end of the night so you don’t have to stress about cleanup.
It was a stress free day thanks to their awesome team. Our guests also had many good things to say about the food and staff. -

Stewart Creek was absolutely incredible! Our coordinator, Taylor, was unstoppable and even worked with my family.
The food was so so good, and the scenery was jaw dropping. Also, the bartender and food and beverage manager were so on top of things.
I would get married here ten times over. It was the best day of my life and I really could not have done it without them.

Stewart Creek was a joy to work with and made my June 2024 wedding absolutely fabulous. Katie was my coordinator and she (and the rest of their staff) is fantastic (and responsive)! The view is gorgeous and they pull out all the stops to make your wedding dreams come true. I didn't have to worry about a thing on my wedding day as everything was already organized, exactly what you want for the day. Service 10/10. Food 10/10 (got so many compliments). Views 10/10. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a Canmore wedding! -

I recently got married at Stewart Creek and had the most magical time! The whole process was simple and straightforward. I worked with Andrew most and he was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to questions. I highly recommend this if you're considering a wedding in Canmore!
Here are some highlights:
- "Best wedding food ever" was a common sentiment from our guests (we did buffet)
- Shuttle transportation for our guests home at night
- Gorgeous scenery & grounds
- shaded ceremony tent (yay for no squinty eyes in my wedding photos lol)
We had the opportunity to golf there as well and the course is beautiful! Definitely don't miss playing a round here. -

Absolutely blown away by our wedding day experience with Stewart Creek Golf & Country Club. Special thanks to Andrew & the team who helped make our dream day a reality. I sent him countless emails leading up to the big day with many questions and he always happily answered them in a timely manner. The food, the ceremony view, the balcony for cocktail hour and dining room for our reception was all so magical. A special touch was Andrew waiting outside the tent with two glasses of bubbly for us right after we got married, boy did we need it in that moment! lol Such an incredible day, made possible by the superb staff at Stewart Creek, I'm so glad we went with them for our wedding day and highly recommend them to everyone else!! :) -
