Pavan Gullapally — General Manager, Sawmill Prime Rib Steak House & Mill Craft Bar + Kitchen
With 25+ years in hospitality and a Bachelor's degree in the field, Pavan brings deep international experience to his role. He began his career in India as a Supervisor with Best Western, then joined Accor Hotels as a Pre-Opening Specialist before relocating to Canada in 2010. He joined Sawmill as Assistant Manager in 2013 and was promoted to General Manager that same year — a role he's proudly held for over 13 years, still hustling and loving every minute of it.
Outside work, Pavan is a devoted husband and father of two girls who enjoys reading, swimming, chess, travel, and morning yoga.
