I recently attended on June 28th 2025 one of the best weddings I have ever had the honor of attending ! It was simply amazing, the structure of the whole event, the cocktails, the food, the party atmosphere, the constant surprises the attention to detail. Most of this is due to 2 people who have to be the anchors of the Plaza Volare machine Karina Gangi and Peggy! They are the definition of event planners if there ever was one, I cant say any more positive things other than, in their hands you can be assured to have one heck of an amazing party and memories for years to come ! I would definitely consider throwing an event here, knowing their involved, you can trust them with your dreams cause they love their job !

Jessica and Julian Lazaratos wedding
An incredible experience from the beginning to the wedding day. A pleasure not a chore to do the planning sessions with Karina. A five star celebration to make our daughter’s wedding a Fairy tale event where everyone including the bride’s parents could sit and enjoy the amazing ceremony, the outstanding cocktail hours and the incredible wedding feast . A big heartfelt thank you to Marco who explained all the venue options.
And finally our deep appreciation to the attentive staff and servers headed by Sage .
If you want to have the most wonderful day of your wedding then go nowhere else Plaza Volare will make that happen .

We got married summer of 2018 and we booked halls International B-C-D-E & the tent and we absolutely loved the venue and service provided by Plaza Volare. They offer different comprehensive wedding packages (and I imagine other events as well) which include food for cocktail hour & reception, beverages (alcoholic and non), wedding coordination, set up with use of their candelabra centrepieces, chairs, linens, etc included, all catered towards your specific needs. We and our guests loved the food and the staff here was incredibly accommodating and courteous and we've been so happy to hear great reviews of the whole night from our guests about Plaza Volare. Karina, in particular, was absolutely fantastic and amazing! She was our wedding coordinator and she was so helpful and great with details and I'm sure she's done so much we're unaware of to help create the perfect event for us. I highly recommend working with her and with this venue! -

My husband and I had the wedding of our dreams thanks to Terry and everyone was just amazed by the venue and the food. Especially the international buffet. Plaza volare exceeded our expectations. My husband and I reside in Toronto and Terry made us feel like were in good hands from the beginning to the end. All she said was delivered and she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. -

Planning a wedding is not easy! But when we chose plaza Volare we felt a huge load of stress lift off our shoulders. Dealing with Peggy was a piece of cake. She understands what we need, helps us decide when we are stuck, and generally handles it all so that we don’t feel stressed on our event! Wonderful experience!
