Working with Gabriella, our consultant, was an absolute dream. She was responsive, respectful, and went above and beyond to help us create the wedding of our dreams. Her guidance made the planning process so much easier and stress-free.
One of the things I loved most about Paradise is their Vendor Day. I do regret rushing to book vendors, because the ones I met there were not only amazing, but there were also exclusive, heavily discounted rates just for Paradise clients! I also loved how every room was staged because it made it so easy to visualize our own wedding day.
The tasting experience was incredible. The setup made it feel like a date night, and the food was delicious. I still dream about the rose penne! Guests loved the meal too—they actually ate everything, even at the late-night buffet. Dino, our Maitre D’, was amazing, going above and beyond to get me two huge dishes of rose penne to take home. The staff executed our vision flawlessly and made the day run smoothly.
Overall, I love this venue. It’s well-priced for the value, the team is phenomenal, and the entire experience—from planning to the big day—was exceptional. I’ll absolutely be hosting more events here in the future! -

We got married at Paradise Banquet Halls a year ago, and overall, we had a great experience. The food was amazing!!! Our guests still talk about it and the venue looked beautiful. Thank you Luxel Decor & Flowers!!! Most of the staff were friendly, helpful, and made sure everything ran smoothly. For the price, it was definitely a great value.
However, we did run into ongoing issues with the two head waiters, Dora and Amata. They were rarely in the room when we needed them, and we constantly had to chase them down for simple questions or support. When we did manage to speak with them, they were dismissive and responded in a rude, unhelpful manner, especially the younger one. Not what you'd expect on your wedding day. It added stress to what should’ve been a seamless night.
Despite that, the rest of the staff made up for it, and we’re still thankful for how the day came together. Bartender Vlad was great! We would recommend Paradise Banquet Halls, but with the hope that management addresses the behavior of the two head waiters. -

We loved having paradise as our venue for our reception. The venue itself is so beautiful and from day 1 of booking with paradise, they have been so helpful in ensuring we had everything we wanted/needed to plan our perfect reception. On the day of, we had a day of coordinator assigned to us and we were so impressed on how she checked in on us and our families so often throughout the night to make sure we were all having a great time. Before our wedding, our appointed coordinator was so helpful and accommodating to our guests many dietary restrictions and ensuring proper substitutions. Amazing price in comparison to other venues and such great value! -

I really enjoyed having my wedding here. All the staff are incredibly nice and helpful! Beautiful venue and if you’re lucky like me, the garden for a ceremony is breathtaking!
