The facilities found in this heritage venue include industrial style reception hall spaces with multimedia equipment and modern contemporary layouts. These spaces include the Belvedere (max capacity 375), Perspective 235 and the Passerelle (max capacity 460), Panoramic Hall (max capacity 150), President's Lounge (max capacity 48). Their industrial and contemporary spaces are rented empty and offer to clients, the freedom to create the ambiance and decor of their choice.

Best venue in Montreal
We couldn’t be happier that things turned out that way! The venue was spotless, bathrooms were clean, the venue was massive! Best of all the roof top terrace was amazing to view the fireworks!
How often can you go to a wedding and watch fireworks of the caliber of the international competition. We closed off our first dance on the fireworks… it was awesome :)
