The journey with this venue was a long and complicated one.
Overall, the actual wedding itself was amazing and we were happy with how the wedding turned out. That being said, this venue has a lot of growing to do in the wedding industry.
When we went with this venue there was an Event Coordinator that gave us the upmost confidence in their ability to support us with this venue, she was amazing and quick to respond and provided lots of information which was later contradicted. We found out she no longer worked at this venue when we submitted a question and got a response from someone else who worked for a company that owned Heritage Pointe but did not work directly with Heritage Pointe. When we asked about the event coordinator position, we were told they have not made any decisions on timelines to replace this position. (Spoiler they never replaced the position). Communicating with the new person was not terrible, they responded promptly but some of their responses added extra stress to the wedding planning process. Eventually this person passed us off to the new manager at Heritage Pointe Golf Club. When we confirmed details with the new manager some things had changed, and we are now 4-3 weeks out from the wedding. This prompted a in-person meeting where I had to bring pervious emails where these things had been discussed. The new manager was amazing and very understanding toward the situation, if it wasn’t for her, I feel our experience with this venue would not have been a good one.
Things to note if you are hoping to use this venue:
• The food is amazing, we have received to so much positive feedback regarding the food.
• The chairs provided by the venue are extremely ugly (you can see in the photos) and they charge 5$ per white cover. (you can see in one of the photos what they look like without the cover also ugly) – would recommend renting chairs from elsewhere.
• Location is beautiful, and very peaceful.
• Great for photos – they brought my husband and I around the golf course in a golf cart, so we did not have to walk to locations. Also the inside of the golf club has a very nice fireplace and staircase that we used for photos.
• They used a golf cart to transport our guests to a from the further parking lots.
• We did not sign a formal contract with this venue at the time I didn’t think anything of it but I would recommend having them sign a formal documentation on what was agreed upon at the time of selecting them to ensure nothing changes to the packages you have selected.
o Also be aware the ‘Unlimited Wine Service’ during dinner in their Elegance package is only unlimited for the wedding party and not for all the guests - this was not disclosed to us prior to the wedding.
• We had 82 people attend our wedding and comfortably fit into their two event rooms that is cut off from their restaurant area to make it a more private function.
• The waiting staff and bar staff were lovely and speedy.
Overall, I would recommend this venue as we had a beautiful wedding and even with the rocky road it took to get to the wedding, we had no regrets about selecting this venue. Again, the new manager there is wonderful to work with and made our wedding day go smoothly and exactly how we pictured it.

We just had my daughter's wedding reception at Heritage Pointe Golf Club last week. I am so impressed with how everything went. Heritage Pointe under promised and over delivered in every way. They gave us more time to set up than agreed to. They charged us a little less than agreed to. The whole facility was beautiful. The staff was outstanding. The food was excellent. We had many people with allergies and food sensitivities and they accommodated them very well. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone. Christa was the manage who took care of all the details for us and she was never too busy to help us out.

We rented out the entire clubhouse and outdoor patio for our wedding. The food was great and the service men and women were on point and effective during the night. All the guests were very happy with how the night turned out and so were we.

We had our wedding at Heritage Pointe Golf Club on April 7th 2018. Everything was beyond perfect. Amy was organized, prepared and so accommodating. I never once felt like my many emails and questions were annoying her and our wedding would have not gone as smoothly without her. She was willing to help with every small detail, even helping me get in to my wedding shoes! We owe her, Narjes and the rest of the staff so much.

The dinner, Hors D'Oeuvres and dessert were also fantastic. We still have guests talking about how delicious all of the food was, which was a very important part of the wedding for my husband. Chef Heather did an amazing job!

Thank you Heritage Pointe! We have had so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was and it honestly would not have been the same any where else.
