  Incredible Venue, Views, Staff & Experience!

  The most perfect venue for our big day. Gallagher's and all of the staff were absolutely incredible throughout the entire wedding planning process, and on the day of. The team was always prompt and very responsive with so much insight and guidance we are so grateful for! The space and views are stunning and intimate. The food was out of this world, we had constant compliments that this was the best wedding food anyone has ever had!! We would highly recommend to anyone looking to get married in the Okanagan.

  Beautiful Venue

  This was not only a beautiful venue but the staff and services was great! Ruthanne is very good at what she does and was a huge help! The venue for both the ceremony and reception are perfect for a wedding. The food was delicious! Would highly recommend a wedding here for anyone looking in the future!

  Fabulous Experience!

  This wedding venue has it all! Coming from over 7 years in the wedding industry, I can confidently say that Gallagher's will make your experience fabulous.
  The reception venue - a nice space with sweeping golf course views - very little decor is needed! I did a few rentals including chair covers, charger plates, runners, napkins and centerpieces that really added to the wow factor.
  The ceremony venue - they provide the nice white folding garden chairs for the ceremony, with beautiful canyon views on the golf course.
  The food - all the canapes we chose were sooo good! Even as the wedding party, we had some extra time after photos and tried them all. We chose the carvery buffet and it was delicious, guests raved about it. (I know food quality/quantity is important and you will not be disappointed!)
  The service - FANTASTIC! With only a few emails and a meeting with Ruthanne, all the details were settled. She made everything such a breeze and was a dream to work with. Jack and the banquet team ensured dinner onwards went smoothly and Jack was always one step ahead.

  Beautiful Venue

  The venue was amazing, the staff were wonderful and the food was delightful.
  Ruthanne was a pleasure to work with. It did rain on the wedding day but she was prepared and it didn't dampen the mood. She made the process easy and smooth.

  There aren't enough words to describe how professional from start to finish Ruthanne and her team was.We didn't have to worry about our day because Ruthanne ensured every T was crossed. Everything ran smoothly because she listend and she knows what she's doing.You can tell she enjoys her job and is always smiling.She was so accommodating and responded to every question we had.
  Thank you Ruthanne,bartenders,chefs and rest of staff would help made our day amazing.
  We felt like royalty ,there was nothing that we would have changed.

  Wedding Ceremony

  Ruthanne, the event coordinator at Gallagher’s was AMAZING! She was very quick to respond to my emails and always did so respectfully. She answered all my questions (which was a lot) and even helped us plan golf for my fiancé and 31 other individuals the day before! She led a very detailed rehearsal, which helped make my wedding party feel comfortable the day of. She was very helpful and patient with my friend, who is new to the “wedding planning” world. I cannot say enough good things about this venue… it is absolutely stunning. The employees that were driving the golf carts were also incredibly friendly! I would plan another event here in a heart beat!

  Beautiful location, delicious food and a great team. Ruthanne was extremely professional, helpful and responded in a timely manner. We had a brunch wedding, and Ruthanne was incredibly accommodating when it came to our menu selection. We received nothing but compliments from our guests about the venue and food. We highly recommend Gallagher’s Canyon Golf Club!

  Ruthanne was the venue coordinator for Gallagher’s Canyon where we had our May wedding. From the beginning Ruthanne was timely with her responses, so helpful, and professional! We had a few meetings with her prior to the wedding day to discuss details which was so helpful. She came the night before to help us with our rehearsal at the ceremony site as well, and on the day of helped make sure the ceremony ran smoothly and timely! Ruthanne made a huge difference with how smooth our day went! She was there from the beginning of the ceremony until we closed down our reception! The staff at Gallagher’s was so kind and attentive to us on the wedding day. All of our guests mentioned how amazing the food was and how nice the staff were! They had a large variety of options for food for the reception and we’re more than happy to accommodate any food preferences. The ceremony site overlooks the canyon and the reception room is full of natural light with massive windows that overlook the golf course. We are so happy with our decision to have our wedding at Gallagher’s Canyon Golf Club!
