Both Lisa and Hannah from start to finish, helped make our day perfection and a dream come true.
From coordination of our rehearsal, to allowing us to decorate the night before, even being there late night to help with all the little things, all the way to guiding us in order for our processional. Truly a wonderful day.
The Thompson buffet was perfection, and was completely reasonably priced. Every bit of food was delicious, from the appetizers to the roast beef and the mushroom ravioli (highly highly recommend).
Honestly we are still in awe and so thankful for it all.
100/10 recommend -

We had our wedding at Fort Langley Golf Course on May 24, 2025, and we honestly couldn't have imagined a more perfect day! From start to finish, Lisa was absolutely incredible—professional, kind, organized, and so easy to work with. She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, and her calm, supportive presence helped us enjoy every moment without stress.
The venue itself was stunning, and everything was set up beautifully. But we also have to rave about the food—it was amazing! Our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was. From the main course, to the dessert, every detail was thoughtful and so well done.
If you're looking for a venue that combines a beautiful setting, outstanding service, and amazing food, Fort Langley Golf Course is it. We’re so grateful to Lisa and the whole team for making our special day truly unforgettable!

Amazing venue and staff!
10/10 would recommend this venue to others. We had our ceremony outside, and it was simple yet stunning. Our reception was inside (we used the Thompson and Douglas rooms), and it was wonderful. There was lots of room, adequate dance floor space, and room for the buffet, and bar. Lisa and Chantal were so great about answering my MANY emails throughout the planning process, and always put my mind at ease. Chantal was more than willing to come in early on our wedding day, as the weather was looking a little iffy, to check it out and help make the call about indoor or outdoor ceremony. (Disclaimer: the rain held off and we did an outdoor ceremony!). The staff also had a plate of our cocktail food ready for us as soon as we sat down for the reception (since of course we were taking photos during cocktail hour). Speaking of food, it was all sooo delicious!!! We got so many compliments from our guests too about the food. We did our bridal party/family photos right by the ceremony site (there’s a couple great areas for this!), and then we were able to go out on the golf course for bride and groom photos which was so much fun! I believe some golf course venues don’t let you do this, so that was a lovely perk here. Chantal had recommended to us to get a “just married” sign for the golf cart, which we did - the photos turned out amazing! Afterwards, Lisa came in early the day after the wedding for us to pick up all our decor. Everyone at Fort Langley golf course was professional, kind, attentive and helpful. Thank you so much!!!

Picture Perfect Wedding at Fort Langley Golf Course
We recently had our wedding at Fort Langley Golf Course and it was everything I pictured of and more. The weather was beautiful, and the outdoor ceremony space offered a nice natural backdrop. We combined the Douglas and Mackenzie rooms for the reception, which comfortably accommodated our 72 guests with room to spare. With 10 guest tables and a sweetheart table, the layout felt spacious and fancy. We chose the Douglas Buffet for our reception meal, and the food was delicious with a great variety of options.
The team, Lisa and Chantal, were fantastic. They were quick to respond to every email and incredibly accommodating with all of our requests and last-minute changes. The venue looked exactly how I pictured it, and our photos turned out absolutely amazing against the golf course scenery.
If you’re looking for a scenic, affordable, and stress-free venue for your special day, Fort Langley Golf Course is a great option.
***Please note I did also hire a decorator, the chair covers, sage green sashes, flowers, centrepieces, pillars, candles, and draping are not supplied by the venue. I used AW Event Decor.***Fort Langley Golf Course's reply:

We had our wedding here in May and it was absolutely amazing. The guests said the food was great and the best they've ever had at a wedding. Everything went absolutely without a hitch. The girls especially Lisa were super helpful and responsive. They're very flexible when it comes to the planning process, you can customize your day the way you want. Their outside ceremony area is super cute but if it does rain they do have a backup location inside. They were very accommodating and there to answer all your questions. Lisa and Chantal (and the staff at Fort Langley Golf Course) were an absolute pleasure to work with.
From our first meeting (at the time with Sarah) we knew our wedding was in good hands with the team, they are responsive and professional.
When Lisa and Chantal took over there was no change in the level of service. Lisa and Chantal answered all of our questions and concerns leading up to the day of, quickly and efficiently, and made us feel at ease during what can be a stressful day.
We made a few last minute changes (such as needing napkins for the table) which Lisa took care of without hesitation. And our rehersal went smoothly and without a hitch.
On the day of Lisa and Chantal were present and attentive. They made sure we had everything we needed, be it water, or snacks during the reception.
They kept us appraised of the flow of the evening and any hiccups were taken care of quickly and professionally.
The buffet was an absolute hit with our guests, and we very much enjoyed it ourselves.
We highly recommend Lisa, Chantal and the entire team at Fort Langley who made our wedding absolutley magical.Fort Langley Golf Course's reply:

This venue offers both indoor and outdoor spaces and both are spectacular! I was a little hesitant because I wanted a winter wedding with a different vibe, but this venue was just TOOO good to keep dwelling on my hesitation. A big shoutout to Chantal who answered my MANY inquiries. Yes, I was that annoying girl who emailed everyday. But she was so kind and sweet and when I first met her, it solidified how sweet she really is. It was her day off but she came to work to help set up some of the tables. She was also the MVP during my wedding day. She provided us her office as my safe space. She constantly gave me and my husband food which was nice because I wanted to enjoy some of the cocktail food we picked. And by the way, the food was spectacular!
I highly recommend this venue. We really got an amazing treatment and we are so thankful for it! -
