Next Level Service & Food
From the minute I signed on the dotted line, I knew I was in good hands. I am a very difficult bride! I wanted everything a very certain way. Let me tell you, Courtney delivered. The food was OUTSTANDING, the venue was gorgeous and everything was as it should be on someone’s perfect day. Whether you want a big wedding or an intimate wedding like ours, Equinelle is the place! Oh and ladies, the bridal suite (aka the library)….massive! You will be able to have hair and make up come to you and you’ll never have to travel. We even left our stuff over night and came back the next morning! It was all locked up and waiting for us when we came back!

Gibbons Wedding
My husband and I got married on October 5th, 2019 at eQuinelle Golf Club. I have always dreamed of my wedding - the flowers, the dress, the altar, the meal. I had an entire vision for the day. When we initially hired eQuinelle, we had Mike as our wedding coordinator. Shortly after, we were provided Courtney as our wedding coordinator as Mike had moved to a different opportunity. Courtney was very responsive, helpful and caring. She assisted in making our day perfect, and there is absolutely no part of our day that we regret. Courtney was at the venue bright and early, and remained there until past midnight for assistance and clean up on the day-of.
eQuinelle coordinated our vendors (MasterMind Event Rentals, Quality Entertainment) and had all the contracts go through them which helped with stress levels. Our menu was customized to our desire. The chef made an incredible meal. We had our wedding outdoors, on there veranda. We rented outdoor heaters due to the time of the year. Everything was perfect.
The following day, my family members forgot some items at the venue - cake, flowers - and Courtney was super flexible with allowing us to come by to pick up the forgotten items a few days later.
We are super happy with eQuinelle, and all the help Courtney provided. She is fantastic!

The perfect reception venue!
Equinelle was the perfect venue for our wedding! From start to finish they were extremely accommodating and helpful. The event manager Courtney Miller was always quick to respond and assist with any questions we had leading up to the wedding. She and the chef were even able to make some alterations to the preset buffet at our request. This brings me to my next point, the food! Everything was delicious and ours guests are still raving about the quality of the food and service. The whole team there that night were superb. Courtney and her colleagues checked in multiple times with myself and the groom to see if everything was going well, which it was.
The clubhouse space was ideal too. The indoor area was clean and spacious, and the outdoor veranda was a lovely area for our guests to mingle and get some air. All in all I could not recommend Equinelle and their staff any more to future brides and grooms, or for your next event space. I am so grateful to the entire Equinelle team, thanks to them our wedding was exactly as I’d envisioned!

Best Service, great wedding overall !
I decided to book with the eQuinelle golf after going to one of their wedding show.
The coordinator is great to work with. She is very quick to answer, took the time to meet with us and go over every little detail. She is very calm and reassuring ! We had access to the room the friday at noon to decorate as we wanted ! (wedding Saturday evening) - The guests are still talking about the food, it was even more than what I expected. The service during dinner was simply incredible. The gentleman in charge of the service crew was AMAZING. He made our night so much more special, we were treated like royalty. If you are looking to book this venue, you won't regret your choice !
