Consistently incompetent event programmer
Booked in January after weeks of no replies. Hopes communication would be better closer to wedding. If we had other options we would have changed venues. Event programmer is aweful, her assistant did all he could the day of wedding. No back up plans. Music overheated because they did not have anything to cover equipment. Event programmer was very pushy about things I was not.

August Wedding @ Dundee Resort
Dundee Resort & Golf Club had a special place in our hearts - we grew up in the area, and our respective families spent many summers at the resort. When we got engaged, it was the absolutely perfect place to say "I do". In 2019, Dundee Resort built a brand-new pavilion behind their Clubhouse that could host big event and receptions. This turned out to be the BEST place to have our reception, and a great back-up plan to host our ceremony. We had our ceremony overlooking the Bras d'Or lake - absolutely perfection. Overall, we had a great experience. The wedding/event coordinator, Judy, was very invested in making sure our day went off without any issues. She was very easy to talk to and get ahold of when I had a question about the venue before the wedding. In addition, she helped suggest other vendors (such as photographers, decorators, etc) that we used on our day.

Couldn't have asked for a better venue!
Dundee Resort is absolutely beautiful and has many rooms and cottages for guests. The venue is very classy and clean. Judy, Operations and Group Sales Manager, was amazing with very quick response time and friendliness. Who needs a planner when you have Judy?! Thanks for hosting our special day.
