This venue was the perfect mountain venue with breathtaking views! Andrea was amazing to work with. Answered all our questions and everything went off without a hitch. You get the venue the day before for setup which was great! I loved that it included chairs for the ceremony and tables and chairs for the reception, one less thing to bring in ourselves. Having catering and bartenders on site was also one less thing to organize and they were all great to work with. If you’re looking for an affordable beautiful venue, this is the one for you! -

We recently celebrated our wedding at the Bill Warren Training Centre in Canmore, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The venue offers breathtaking mountain views through its floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a stunning backdrop for both the ceremony and reception. The natural scenery meant we needed very little additional décor, as the Rockies truly speak for themselves.
One of the highlights of the venue is its warm, elegant atmosphere. The combination of modern amenities, rustic touches, and abundant natural light created the perfect setting for our special day. Our guests couldn't stop commenting on how beautiful the space was and how unique it felt compared to traditional wedding venues.
The staff were professional, organized, and incredibly helpful throughout the planning process. Communication was prompt, and they worked hard to ensure every detail came together seamlessly. Having access to the venue for setup and the flexibility of the event spaces made the entire experience stress-free.
We also appreciated the convenience of having both ceremony and reception options on-site, along with ample parking and excellent catering.
We highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for spectacular views, exceptional service, and a truly unforgettable setting for their wedding day. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ -

We had an absolutely perfect wedding day at the BWTC! We had many out-of-province guests who were blown away by the views, and the BWTC team helped us organize a seamless day. Andrea was incredible to work with ahead of the wedding, answering our many ongoing questions and providing advice and recommendations along the way, and was a great support during the set-up the day before, and then during the day itself. The venue offers everything you'd need to host a wedding, and also provided us a list of vendors that they've had excellent experiences with, which was very helpful! I would strongly recommend the BWTC to anyone who’s looking for a wedding venue! -

Absolutely love this venue. It was a perfect place for a intimate wedding. The costs were even better that Saskatchewan, and you sure can't beat the view.

Amazing Views
We had our wedding at Bill Warren Training Centre in July. Andrea, our contact for everything venue related, was amazing and accommodating. She was very quick to reply for any question that we had. The patio was amazing and provided the perfect backdrop for our ceremony. The indoor reception space has big windows so you do not miss out on any view while inside. Would recommend this venue for your wedding.

We had our wedding of just under 70 people at the Bill Warren Training Centre (BWTC). We looked into it because of the amazing views from inside. When we met Andrea, the coordinator, we knew BWTC was the space for us. Andrea was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She helped us execute our vision for our wedding day. We had our ceremony inside and the lighting was great. The space was then transitioned for our reception and it also looked amazing. There is plenty of space and the floor to ceiling windows give BWTC a wow factor. Andrea has the experience and the knowledge to help you plan your event perfectly and was always responsive to my emails. When you talk to her, you feel confident in her ability to execute what you have asked of her and what she says she can do for you.
