Could not say enough good things about this place!! We were in the skyline room and had 50 seated guests plus a dance floor which was perfect. The service was amazing, food delicious, and scenery stunning. The vibes were incredible and the service staff really helped with that. The perfect amount of attentive and helpful. Us and our guests had so much fun!! -

As most of our guests were from out-of-town, we wanted a reception venue that really showed them what Vancouver was - and this did with its beautiful views of downtown and the north shore. The food and service were incredible, and very reasonably priced. Their coordinator Makda was extremely helpful through the whole planning process, and their servers day-of (especially Philip) were exceptional. We were amazed how much we only needed to show up on the day and spend time with our guests eating great food. -

Seasons In The Park hosted us for our wedding reception in the Skyline Room with absolutely every attention to detail possible. Their service was unparalleled, and the food is still being raved about. For months before our event, we worked with their onsite event coordinator, Makda, who had endless patience and was always ready to support. Beyond all the aforementioned praise, the price point was quite affordable, especially since Vancouver is such a high-cost-of-living area. We highly recommend having your wedding or reception here.

We had our dinner reception at Seasons in their smallest room the Garden Vista after our ceremony was held in the Bloedel Conservatory. Leading up to our day Makda the events coordinator was amazing at responding to emails and helping us with every question we had (and trust me I had A LOT). The staff were all super friendly and helpful as well, very timely, organized and professional. We are so glad we chose to have our cozy reception at seasons, it was exactly what we were hoping for. Afterward, everyone was raving about how great the food was! -

Every single guest said how perfect Seasons was. The food was exceptional, the wait staff was incredible, and the drinks were amazing. You are paying for a premium service, but you get your moneys worth. We needed very little in the way of decor, set up and tear down was mostly taken care of, and the people who helped set things up were saying they were a joy to work with getting thins ready.
We heard nothing but amazing things from our guests about the food and how lovely people were. They were also extremely helpful when it came to dietary restrictions.
We cannot say how wonderful it was to have our reception there. -

We booked the garden vista room for an intimate wedding. The manager Makda has been extremely supportive responsive and professional throughout the whole process. I probably sent her hundreds of emails and she replied all of them in a timely manner. On the day of, all the servers were super helpful and friendly and they went above and beyond for us, like assisting us to set up the decorations and clean the rented glasses. Our guests felt comfortable and everyone enjoyed the service and their food very much. I would recommend this venue to anyone. Thank you again for making the evening so perfect! -

Our wedding was this past June and our reception was held at Seasons. The pandemic made it very difficult for us to plan our wedding. We had to cancel our initial venue 6 months before our wedding date and after numerous inquiries to other venues, Seasons was available! We are thrilled to have found Seasons and the events coordinator, Makda. Because of the ever-changing situation from the pandemic, there were many details that were unconfirmed until around 2 weeks before the event. From the time we booked Seasons to our wedding day, I exchanged many emails with Makda. She was extremely patient with the many questions and emails I sent to her and she did her best to be accommodating to the pandemic and our requests/needs. Makda made sure to check in with me before the wedding and gave me much-needed peace of mind during the wedding planning with her answers. We booked the Skyline room, which has a beautiful view of the city and park. The room itself is also very elegant. On the day of the reception, the service was flawless and exceeded our expectations. Not to mention the food was wonderful! Our experience with Seasons was amazing, to say the least, and we would definitely come back again for another event. Thank you Seasons! -

WOW! Seasons in the Park (Skyline Room) was the best choice we could have ever made to hold our Wedding Reception this past Sunday! From the first contact with the knowledgeable, organized and professional Mia and Ruby to the amazing 10/10 star service and food provided by Seasons, words cannot express enough how incredibly grateful we are for the entire experience.
We planned our entire wedding from Sydney, Australia, only having been to Vancouver once years before (still the best decision ever!). As you can imagine, stress and fear of the unknown were probably more magnified for us than most couples who were able to actually visit local vendors and meet coordinators in person. It was a risk, but I can not emphasize enough, that it was the best risky decision we ever made! I had a million and one questions, and Mia and Ruby were so incredibly patient in answering every single one of them. Designing the reception room without actually seeing it was a daunting task. But through our emails and phone contacts, Mia and Ruby provided such detailed and precise images and measurements that I was completely amazed on the day of the reception that everything had come together so PERFECTLY-- it was literally a dream come true!
Oh and how was the FOOD you might ask? Let me start by saying that my husband and I had a couple of priorities for the wedding, with AMAZING FOOD being on the top of the list. We've been to a lot of weddings where the food experience was not the best, so we had to make sure this was a priority for us. Seasons in the Park did not fail to deliver! We chose the Platinum Plus Menu with the options of the sablefish or the 16-oz bone-in ribeye steak. It would be a crime not to mention that every single one of our guests came to us saying that this was the best meal they ever had at a wedding, and we cannot agree more!!!
Last but absolutely not least, the staff! Okay, so I think we can establish that Canadians are already some of the nicest people we have ever met, but the staff at Seasons in the Park just go beyond! They are some of the most down-to-earth, kind, helpful, and overall beautiful humans we have ever met! Rebecca, Chance and Laura took such good care of us, even making sure I had enough napkins to protect my white dress! We could not stop praising them even after the wedding!! Another huge THANK YOU to everyone at Seasons in the Park (if you get a chance to read this!)!!
So PLEASE do yourselves (and your guests!) a favor by choosing Seasons in the Park to host your Wedding Reception! You won't regret it!!
A few random side notes: Food/Catering is included with your rental fee (we thought this was amazing), the room accommodates 70 people (we had around 30 guests with a lot of room for stations such as a selfie booth, games table, welcome table, cake/donuts, etc.), you can arrange the room/tables to your own design (they don't have to be round tables), they have a bridal room, we had our Wedding Ceremony next door at Bloedel Conservatory, in the Skyline room you get amazing views with the large windows, the room also has a projector. -
