We are very excited to potentially host your wedding. At Everwild Canmore we offer the opportunity to really make your special day your own.

The Wedding

We host indoor ceremonies in the Great Room at Basecamp Lodge Canmore. Large windows offer stunning mountain views, and the wooden beams and fireplace create a truly modern rustin mountain atmosphere. We will provide the chairs, you can bring the decorations. We can comfortably host up to 30 guests for a sit down ceremony.

We also would be happy to recommend spots for an outdoor ceremony and connect you with local vendors to create the wedding of your dreams.

The Food

Fuel your day with a nourishing breakfast, enjoy a packed lunch during your adventure, and wind down with a chef-curated dinner and optional wine pairing or craft cocktails at Rhythm & Howl our farm to table resturant.

Restaurant buy outs are available for an evening event. The restaurant will be available to you completely private. We can host up to 80 people for a sit down dinner, or 120 for a cocktail style reception.

Alternatively, you can book a small section of the restaurant semi-privately. This option is available for groups between 15 and 40 people.

Group breakfast and lunch are available as well with a minimum of 15 people. Smaller groups can enjoy the restaurant’s a la carte menu.

The Rooms

At Everwild Canmore we have 99 stunning rooms including a mixture of King, Double Queen and Deluxe Rooms. Additionally, loft suites are also available a great place to get ready on your day. All rooms are fully equipped with Keurig coffee machines, a flat-screen TV, refrigerator and complimentary locally made toiletries.

We will create a room block with a discounted rate so your guests receive the best rate possible. We recommend staying for a minimum of two nights, so that you have all the time to get ready in the morning. Guests can pay for their own rooms, or you can let us know if you would like to pay for some rooms as well.

Wellness

Invite your guests to embark on a transformative journey where they can reflect, reconnect and renew at Everwild Spa Canmore.

Daily spa access is available in your room rate or can create a group rate if not staying at our hotel.

Your spa experience includes hot and cold pools, saunas, aromatic steam rooms, access to three relaxation tents for meditation and breathwork, and an event sauna with light and music rituals.

Optional add-ons include massages and treatments, relaxation lounge serving drinks and sharing plates, and private group experiences. As well as group yoga classes.

Note - access to the Nordic Spa is for adults (18+) only.
