The Food

We would love to host your group at Rhythm & Howl Restaurant.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner options are available with a pre-order from our group menu. Dinner bookings for larger groups (more than 15 people) are subject to a minimum spend and are typically booked before 5pm or after 8:30pm. For groups with more than 30 guests a restaurant buy out is required.

Restaurant buy outs are available for an evening event as well. The restaurant will be available to you completely private from 6pm until 11pm. A food and beverage minimum spend of $10,000 and $1,500 venue fee apply. We can host up to 60 people for a sit down dinner, or 100 for a cocktail style reception. When booking the restaurant privately, a room block and spa booking are mandatory.

The Rooms

At Everwild Canmore we have 99 stunning rooms including a mixture of King, Double Queen and Suites. All rooms are fully equipped with Nespresso coffee machines, a flat-screen TV, mini fridge, iron (+board), and complimentary locally made toiletries.

We will create a room block with a discounted rate so your guests receive the best rate possible. We recommend staying for a minimum of two nights, so that you have all the time to get ready in the morning. Guests can pay for their own rooms, or you can let us know if you would like to pay for some rooms as well.

Wellness

We can offer a discounted rate for your group to access Everwild Nordic Spa.

Nordic Spa access includes hot and cold pools, various saunas, steam rooms and herbal relaxation domes. Food and beverages can be enjoyed in Elements Lounge (no reservations), and Rhythm & Howl restaurant. We also host hourly Aufguss rituals.

Optional add-ons such as massages and treatments can be booked by your guests individually, or we can create a custom group package for you. Group yoga sessions are available as well.

Access to the Nordic Spa is for adults (18+) only.

The Ceremony

We do not host ceremonies onsite but we would be happy to recommend spots for an outdoor ceremony and connect you with local vendors to create the wedding of your dreams.

Our venue is available for bridal showers, group dinners, anniversary celebrations, and all other kinds of events as well, and we would be happy to chat with you!
