  5 stars is not enough.

  Jackie (the restaurant manager) is nothing short of amazing. Leading up to our wedding she was very friendly and informative, always quick to get back to us on questions or with info for us. On the day of she went above and beyond what we would expect from her, we’d think of something that needed to be done and she was already 2 steps ahead. We had a small crisis when my dog (our ring bearer) cut his paw walking through the trees and we didn’t realize until I picked him up for photos, getting blood all over the front of my dress. We went into the venue planning on getting some water to try and wipe it off and Jackie was already ready with a towel and stain remover, and managed to make my dress look perfect again. The venue itself is gorgeous, the food was incredible and the rest of the staff were all very kind. I will be recommending this place,
  And Jackie to everyone who will listen!

  Amazing venue!

  Queenston Heights was the perfect fall wedding venue. Jackie was outstanding to work with, she understood exactly what we were going for and made suggestions for us based on her expertise.
  The day of wedding went so smoothly and it was all because of Jackie and the amazing staff at Queenston Heights. We have had SO many comments on how amazing the food was, and they were so accommodating for all of us celiacs.
  
  Honestly, just go and see the venue and you will fall in love and get to work with all of the awesome people there!

  Amazing Venue

  I cannot describe how amazing my wedding was because of the Queenston Heights Restaurant. They had everything ready for me. Setup the way I requested. The food and service was outstanding and the ground are so beauiftul for photos. Truly a magical day thanks to them

  The view got us and the service was outstanding!

  My husband and I fell in love with pictures we saw online of Queenston Heights and contacted them right away about dates and how a wedding would look at their venue. Jackie and her team made our day so effortless and I wish we could do it all over again. The packages were laid out well and easy to follow, we were able to make some changes as needed and the portions of our meals were huge! We loved that we could have everything done in one location (ceremony, cocktail, dinner and dance). We had many guests from out of town so one location made the most sense to us. Jackie kept our day on track and knew through many conversations what we wanted and how we wanted our day to play out and it was a fairy tail day! The grounds are so well taken care of and the added history at the location made choosing this venue so easy. Everyone working our wedding day made us forget our worries and we were able to just enjoy our special day!

  An experience of a lifetime

  Jackie was an amazing and helpful person throughout the whole wedding process. She met with us promptly and went through every detail. Her experience and professionalism made it easy to go through everything as well as made us feel comfortable that nothing was going to be forgotten. Jackie was patient with my emails that came the week before our wedding as well. On the day of the wedding she made the decorations that we had made and brought in look even better than we could have ever imagined. Everyone of our guests enjoyed the food (this includes many guests who are a part of the culinary world). From the cocktail hour to the dinner, to the midnight snacks everything was served at the correct temperature and with great flavour. The view is something that was unique and special for us. Because we got married in October the leaves were changing which created a beautiful backdrop for our ceremony on the patio as well as our photos. I loved having the whole day at one location which made transportation very easy for the wedding party and the guests!

  Absolutely perfect

  We just had our weding at Queenston Heights Restaurant and it was absolutely perfect. Jackie helped us out from day 1, we left from the initial meeting with her with a sense of relief that we thought we would never find.
  She put together every little detail we requested. Her, Anne, Max and all the other people that worked there are absolutely fenomenal. They even purt everything back in boxes for us to pick up the day after and even sent us a cheque back for some extra money we paid for the party.
  The view of the tiver from the venue is out of this world. Just because of that I would recommend the place. But everyone I talked to at my wedding said that food was delicious, service was impecable and the decoration just perfect.
