We had an amazing experience with this venue! A co-worker recommended it to me, and I booked an appointment right away. Michelle welcomed us and gave us a tour, and we immediately knew it was the right place to officially book. Later, we met Jackie, who was exceptionally helpful in guiding us through all the details and next steps.
On our big day, the venue truly became the wedding of my dreams. Once everything was decorated, it looked breathtaking—our head table was perfectly positioned against a gorgeous sunset backdrop, and our guests couldn't stop complimenting it. The food was absolutely delicious! Our server, Maria, was incredibly attentive and made sure we were completely taken care of throughout the night.
We are so happy we chose to celebrate our wedding here, and our guests are still raving about it. Thank you to the whole team! -

As soon as we arrived in person to visit, we knew the other venues we'd be touring were probably going to be a waste of time because we had fallen in love. Throughout the planning process Jackie and her team were friendly, responsive, professional, and accommodating, and the day went off without a hitch. Gorgeous location, fantastic food, and Jackie was on-site for us the entire time in case we needed anything. Very confident I'll only be doing the one wedding, but if I was ever planning another I know where I'd start.Queenston Heights Restaurant's reply:

Jackie was so attentive to us throughout this whole project, she really puts her all into her projects and ensures everyone is happy, and familiar with all the details. She helped me many times with different planning questions and made this whole process so easy on me. Not to mention it’s a gorgeous restaurant with an amazing view, and the grounds are beautiful!! If I had to do it alol over, there’s no doubt I’d choose Queenston Heights again. I can’t express enough how highly I think of this place, their amazing staff and Jackie. Queenston Heights was the perfect fall wedding venue. Jackie was outstanding to work with, she understood exactly what we were going for and made suggestions for us based on her expertise.
The day of wedding went so smoothly and it was all because of Jackie and the amazing staff at Queenston Heights. We have had SO many comments on how amazing the food was, and they were so accommodating for all of us celiacs.
Honestly, just go and see the venue and you will fall in love and get to work with all of the awesome people there! -

I cannot describe how amazing my wedding was because of the Queenston Heights Restaurant. They had everything ready for me. Setup the way I requested. My husband and I fell in love with pictures we saw online of Queenston Heights and contacted them right away about dates and how a wedding would look at their venue. Jackie and her team made our day so effortless and I wish we could do it all over again. The packages were laid out well and easy to follow, we were able to make some changes as needed and the portions of our meals were huge! We loved that we could have everything done in one location (ceremony, cocktail, dinner and dance). We had many guests from out of town so one location made the most sense to us. Jackie kept our day on track and knew through many conversations what we wanted and how we wanted our day to play out and it was a fairy tail day! The grounds are so well taken care of and the added history at the location made choosing this venue so easy. Everyone working our wedding day made us forget our worries and we were able to just enjoy our special day!Queenston Heights Restaurant's reply:
