  Met Expectations, but Quite Unresponsive

  My husband and I got married on July 7, 2019 and most of our guests had good reviews regarding the flipbooks (they thought it was unique and fun)! We corresponded to Will via email. However, there were 2 things we were not satisfied with:
  1. There was a “technical issue” during the night, so we couldn’t maximize the 2 hours we booked (which we didn’t know about until our guests informed us after)
  2. We had requested for our flipbook video files, and they said they would send it to us right away, but it has been almost 3 months already and we’ve received nothing.
  
  Overall, the experience with them is positive because they were very polite and nice on the day of, but they were difficult to get ahold of before and after the wedding (slow replies). We are still waiting for our video files, and would be thankful if they would fulfill their promise.

  Rude, unprofessional, and inappropriate

  My guest had a duplicate flip book that we wanted to keep but Jacob said we are not allowed to. He threw it in the recycling. We asked for it back and he took it out and ripped it apart.He also swore.

  Everybody loved it!

  This was definitely a buzz on our wedding! The guests loved the idea, in their words "happy to have something different than yet another photobooth"! The only thing I regret was not having them for longer - and that's of course only my fault. If I had a chance to do it all over again, I'd ask them if they could spend an hour during the photos hour and then a couple hours after dinner so people have a chance to get used to how the camera works, get a sense of space and stuff. I felt like two hours was not enough and I only had 60 people on my wedding!
  Definitely recommend! The guys were very well dressed and super polite. I also really appreciated that they took the time to come find me before they got ready to leave so I had a chance to do a couple flipbooks with my husband as we never took the time to do it - too much going on! That was very thoughtful of their part and I loved it!

The guests LOVED the flipbook booth at both weddings and had so much fun. The staff are great and very polite. Booking with Vancouver Flipbook was easy and both Jacob & Will are very helpful and accommodating!

  Throughout the whole process of consultation, selecting covers and execution on the actual wedding day, Vancouver Flipbook has been nothing but flawless in doing all of those things. Andrew set up the Flipbook booth at my wedding and he is really fast at making the books so the line was kept to a minimum.
  
  Vancouver Flipbook went above and beyond my expectations by sending us the raw footage and offered to reprint some more of the books.

  Throughout the whole process of consultation, selecting covers and execution on the actual wedding day, Vancouver Flipbook has been nothing but flawless in doing all of those things. Andrew set up the Flipbook booth at my wedding and he is really fast at making the books so the line was kept to a minimum.

  Andrew was my main contact at Vancouver Flipbook and let me just say he was AWESOME! As I was super busy in the months leading up to my wedding, I was in contact with Andrew via email only but Andrew always answered my emails promptly and was always willing to accomodate (I had him tweak the colours on the cover of the flipbook probably 10 times!). He was even willing to have his associate come to my venue a little earlier than needed on the day of the wedding to set up as I didn't want the person to come through the venue while the wedding party was being introduced. Super awesome!

  People are still talking about the EXTREME fun everyone (children and adults alike) had using the props and making the skits that turned into Flipbook souvenirs at the After Rehearsal Dinner. I'd recommend this for any gathering where fun memories are important.

  Vancouver Flipbooks was a perfect addition to our wedding. Our guests loved having something fun and unique to do. The Flipbooks were talked about for months! We still have ours and will keep them forever.

  I had a very good experience with flipbookvancouver. It was something different and new for all my guests. They loved every minute of it. My only concern was that they lost some of the videos at the beginning of my reception because the power outlet in the venue kept on turning off. One can say it's the venue's fault but it is also flipbookvancouver's responsibility to save those videos on real time because you can you never get those back. Videographers and Photographers have backups, flipbookvancouver should have backup's too. This was my only concern, everything else was perfect. I would definitely do business again and recommend their service.
