We recently held our wedding ceremony at Bloedel Conservatory, and it was everything we hoped for and more.
The venue is absolutely stunning. Being surrounded by lush tropical plants, beautiful flowers, and free-flying birds created a unique and intimate atmosphere that felt both elegant and natural. Many of our guests commented on how memorable and different the setting was compared to a traditional wedding venue.
The staff were fantastic throughout the entire process. From the initial booking to the day of the ceremony, the team was responsive, professional, and accommodating. They were very clear about requirements and timelines, which made planning much easier and helped everything run smoothly on the day.
One thing we especially appreciated was how well the conservatory works for smaller weddings. Our ceremony had around 20 guests, and the space felt warm, personal, and perfectly sized. The natural beauty of the venue also meant very little additional decoration was needed.
For anyone looking for a unique wedding venue in Vancouver that combines nature, elegance, and excellent staff support, I would highly recommend Bloedel Conservatory. I highly recommend this place for a ceremony! 🤍 We had a small group of 8 people, and the atmosphere felt very warm, intimate, and cozy.
The photos turned out beautiful because there are flowers and greenery everywhere 🌿🌸
The preparation process was also excellent!!!. The team stayed in touch with me the whole time, answered all my questions, and everything was organized very professionally✨Bloedel Conservatory's reply:

Getting married under the dome at Bloedel Conservatory was a dream come true! The vibrant plants and serene environment made for incredible photos and a peaceful ceremony. It was the perfect hidden gem for our special day.
A huge thank you to the team for being so organized! Guest entry was handled perfectly, and we felt totally at ease knowing they were prepared for any technical hiccups. Their communication leading up to the day was fast, clear, and detailed, making the whole planning process a breeze. Thank you for maintaining such a spectacular landmark!

We are so happy we chose to have our wedding at the Bloedel Conservatory. It was perfect for the amount of guests that we had (30), and everything went incredibly smoothly.
The pictures also came out amazing. The natural light from the dome window and the plants in the background. Everyone was asking we where the wedding was held when we shared the photos!Bloedel Conservatory's reply:

We had a great time hosting our small wedding ceremony at Bloedel. It was exactly as we envisioned it: warm, lots of light, beautiful flowers and birds. The staff was very professional, responsive and made us feel special on the day.

What a beautiful venue! You feel like you’re in a tropical destination right in Vancouver.
The venue is perfect as it is with all the plants and trees as decor.
Our communications with the venue was vert smooth and easy along the way, the staff that were working the evening of our wedding were genuinely nice and friendly and you could not beat the price.
(We knew going into this that there was a certain # of people that could attend and that the venue is only available during specific timeframes when the conservatory is closed, so while the flexibility may not be 5 stars I still think this venue deserves 5 stars all around!)Bloedel Conservatory's reply:
