I have always had a deep connection to nature and has pursued opportunities for creative expression. While earning my Tourism Management Diploma at the Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, I discovered My love for the event and wedding industry and became an Assistant Planner to a local Wedding Coordinator.
I followed my passion and continued my professional training by completing the Certified Wedding Planner Program at the Wedding Planners Institute of Canada.
The wedding industry had stolen my heart and created a passion within me. My career progressed at BC’s leading wedding destination; Kelowna. I spearheaded the weddings & events department at Lake Okanagan Resort, Hotel Eldorado, and Holiday Inn.
At these venues I hosted corporate meetings, yoga retreats, tour groups, social events, and my favorite events; weddings and bachelor/bachelorette parties. I assisted brides and grooms in creating their dream wedding by taking their ideas and forming their vision into reality.
My professionalism, organizational skills, and attention to detail have earned me a reputation as a sought after Wedding Coordinator. I makes my couples feel that they are my only client and that their special day is as important to me as it is to them.
At the Sun Peaks Grand Hotel & Conference Centre I stays current with ever- changing wedding trends and design styles and I continues to pride myself on offering my couples stress free booking, planning, and execution of their dream wedding day.
As the only Certified Wedding Planner at Sun Peaks Resort, I provide full venue planning, coordination, and event management services to couples looking for An Elevated Mountain Experience.
