We had the best experience with the Ramada Jackson’s Point for our wedding! We mostly dealt with Cindy throughout the planning process, and she was absolutely amazing. She was so on the ball, incredibly accommodating, and truly great at her job. She made the entire planning process so much easier for us!
All of the staff were wonderful, and everyone communicated so well throughout the entire process. The food was amazing, the bar staff were awesome, and our guests had nothing but great things to say.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the property is well kept. We genuinely can’t say enough great things about our experience. We would absolutely recommend the Ramada Jackson’s Point to anyone looking for a wedding venue! 🤍Ramada by Wyndham Jacksons Point's reply:

Guests said it was the most beautiful wedding they've ever attended!
We booked the dock for our wedding ceremony and held the reception indoors at Bellagio Hall. The ceremony on the dock was the best decision as the photos turned out stunning and the waterfront views really floored our wedding guests. Bellagio Hall has the massive chandelier that made our reception scream LUX without having to pay an arm and a leg. The pricing at the Ramada was totally fair and food was amazing. All night long the guests were complimenting the wedding and noting they've been to a ton of weddings, but this was the most beautiful wedding they've ever attended - what a compliment! We worked with Asad from start to finish and he was awesome to work with. He knows his stuff, makes great recommendations, and leads his team well.
I read reviews that the dock wasn't ready 1-2 hours before the ceremony. You provide your ceremony time to the venue and they will make sure set up is ready for the start time. I wonder if they can't set up well in advance as its always super breezy on any dock by the water. (Bride tip: for walking down the aisle on the dock, I wouldn't recommend wearing a veil as the breeze might catch it and pull on you hair. I don't know if it was because I had a very long veil that it was a bit of an issue, but looking back I would've left my veil for photos after the ceremony.)
We would 100% recommend booking your wedding at the Ramada! The photos are to die for! Food was amazing! And your guests can stay on site after a night long of drinking! -

Our day was perfect. The venue was fair, we did have some minor confusion on the day of, but they were quick to rectify it. So given that I would recommend it. -
